Zin HomeReviews of zinhome.com

I recently ordered a bedroom set from Zin Home and i am pretty happy with my purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations, the materials are sturdy, the finish is beautiful, and everything looks exactly as pictured. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, product descriptions were clear, and customer service was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process, and delivery was on time and well organized.

Big thanks to the Zin Home crew for their quick fix! I ordered a coffee table, and the shipping company messed it up. I called them, and they sent a new one right away. That coffee table is now one of the nicest things in the office!

Absolutely love this sofa. This is my third purchase from this store, and they never disappoint. The quality is exceptional—timeless design, beautifully made, and incredibly comfortable. I get compliments all the time, and people constantly ask me where it’s from. The white-glove delivery was seamless, and the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of quality and service anymore. I’ll continue buying from them without hesitation.

I ordered a dining table with Zin Home, that ended up being on back-order. However, since it was such a beautiful piece, we decided to wait. The customer service representative kept us updated on its status and even provided us with free white glove delivery for the inconvenience. The delivery was smooth and we love our table!

I was looking for a Pottery Barn cabinet and after a quick google search, I discovered that Zin Home sells the same item for almost 30% less. I decided to order from them and it just arrived. The prices are exceptional, and the customer service is top-notch.

Ordered patio furniture for my high rise Miami condo balcony but I was lazy to measure the balcony. Sofa I bought was too big for the space. Contacted Zin Home for a replacement and Adam was very attentive and helpful. I got the right size today and I could not be happier. Highly recommend Zin Home

Ordered a table for $2200 with white glove delivery. Delivery was December 22 2025..delivery team tried to put table together but stated it was the maker and hooe were not aligned. I ask him to take it he stated he would put in report but due to it being structural sound, they would notify company to replace and they would pick up on replacement date. Zin homes response was that they would give me $299 but manufacturer stated that table is fine. Legs are leaning forward and top is off alot.

I thought I ordered a counter height stool and got a bar height. I requested to exchange. This was their response: the customer becomes responsible for cost of shipping both ways, and this total amount gets deducted from the overall refund. It cost us $212.08 to ship it, and to ship it back to our warehouse, is about $220 This means that at least $432.08 would be deducted from your refund. There is also a restocking fee of $78.12, which we would also need to deduct from the refund. This brings total deducted from refund to be $510.20, making the refund only $259.34.
