I ordered a dining table with Zin Home, that ended up being on back-order. However, since it was such a beautiful piece, we decided to wait. The customer service representative kept us updated on its status and they were able to delivery the table early than expected. The delivery drivers were great with setting up the table. Highly recommend this delivery company. We are enjoying our table. Thanks for a great experience.

I had a great experience with Zin Home from start to finish. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. The quality of the sofa I purchased is amazing and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the delivery company damaged the original sofa during delivery, but Zin Home handled the situation incredibly well. They immediately arranged for a replacement and made the process completely stress-free. What stood out most was their customer service. They genuinely cared about making things right and kept me in the loop the entire time. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products and customers the way Zin Home does. I ordered a beautiful living room table. Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock and there were several delivery dates that had to be rescheduled. Once it finally arrived, it was damaged. I had the drivers take it back with them. I emailed Zin Home, and called as well. I spoke with Adam, a very nice man. He apologized and understood how I felt after so waiting for the table. I stated that I just wanted a refund and Adam did just that. He didn't hesitate, he even contacted me with a pic of the funds that were placed in the mail. This the type of business that you want to do business with. I will view the Zin Home website again and if I find something again I will order it. I really appreciate how well Adam handled the situation, great businessman. Thank you again Adam!

First contacted Zin Home for info on a product -- they responded quickly. The item was backordered, but they kept me posted so I knew when to expect it to ship. It took quite a while to get the table I wanted, not because of any problems with Zin, but because we live in northern MN and getting local White Glove delivery is challenging. It didn't help that because of a miscommunication with the delivery company, we did not get White Glove delivery as expected. As soon as Zin was made aware of the situation, however, they arranged for the delivery company to return the next day to "complete" the service. I really appreciate that both the delivery service and Zin Home responded quickly to address the situation and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I would happily purchase from them again in the future.
