Really enjoy the chair. Still learning how to start from a stop as I get like clutch slippage most times. This concerns me from a longer term wear to components and how to service. We have yet to take in the car which is the next big adventure. Love the quality and the delivery of the chair! The weld joints are perfect and the embroidered "Zinger" on the seat-back speaks to quality engineering and manufacturing. Everything went well. The order was received on time. Everything was included without breakage. The instructions were easy to follow and the action of the chair was excellent. Not bad but far from great. You can’t get in the chair and just go, it takes time to learn how to drive. It’s not very comfortable, the back of needs to be adjustable. The backup beeper is awful, we were close to sending it back because of that, luckily we knew someone who turned it off for us. As far as being able to just fold it up and put it in the back, that’s a joke. We watched the videos to make sure we weren’t doing it wrong when I finally noticed that the women that were doing were probably More than 20 years younger than I (70), and I’m very capable, I load my bike on a rack almost daily. It has ended up being an indoor only chair.

Have not had much chance to use yet, but seems OK once I get used to steering.

Bought the chair 13 months ago, and the electronics in the arm broke. Called customer service, was told they would replace the arm. I never got the arm and so called back, and was told they can't replace the arm because my model is the old model and they have no replacement arms for that model. (It's only 13 months old).They said since it didn't break in the first 14 days, there is nothing they can do. Basically, I'm screwed. I bought this expensive wheelchair from this company with zero customer service. So I'm stuck. Don't buy from this company.

I really love my Zinger chair, however, I find that if I need to go up any small incline, I need to put the gear into the fastest one and I’m not comfortable with that. The front wheels come off the ground and I’m in danger of tipping in backwards. The basket that comes with is completely useless and to set the brakes by hand is impossible. You would need to be a contortionist to do this. I would love to see an attachment of some sort so that is makes it possible to use for shopping. I can’t hold any items since both hands are needed to drive this.
