This has been excellent for my mobility issues. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was when I purchased the chair the weight limit I was told was 300 lb when I received the chair I read in two different places that the weight limits were less than 300 lb and upon calling customer service I was told that the weight limit is between the two that are listed in the owner's manual and not 300 lb. Luckily I am within 10 lb of those limitations in the owner's manual and I should be okay. One of the reasons I chose to purchase this chair was because of the weight limit and the ease-of-use. This has made it possible for me to be able to go places and do things I could never do comfortably or even at all before. I would definitely recommend this

Only complaint is it is heavier than I expected.

Have not had much chance to use yet, but seems OK once I get used to steering.

I really love my Zinger chair, however, I find that if I need to go up any small incline, I need to put the gear into the fastest one and I’m not comfortable with that. The front wheels come off the ground and I’m in danger of tipping in backwards. The basket that comes with is completely useless and to set the brakes by hand is impossible. You would need to be a contortionist to do this. I would love to see an attachment of some sort so that is makes it possible to use for shopping. I can’t hold any items since both hands are needed to drive this.

I regained my independence!

The chair if for my father, James, who is 90. He is having a little difficulty with the controls...He can see them well and has not gained the confidence to push buttons by touch. It has only been a week, but if he doesn't warm up to it by Monday, I will need to request a return before the 14 days are up. I will continue to work with him and encourage him. This is a great Power chair for someone that has a problem walking any kind of distance. I am not totally disabled but I have hip & back problems that cause me considerable pain when I walk any kind of distances for instance walking through a Zoo etc. The only reason I did't give it 5 stars is the wheels are not direct drive. The wheels are propelled by a knurled bar from the motor spinning the wheels. This tends to make it hard to move through grass that hasn't been cut short. On hard surfaces this thing is a life saver. Although I don't use it in the house it maneuvers quite well & 10 to 15 degree or so inclines are no problem. This chair is lighter & more portable than most travel scooters. All in all I would recommend this product to anyone with a similar problem.

Very easy to setup and get going.
