I've had 3-4 capital loans with MCS. Completely positive experiences. The first thing I did when shopping for a Capital Loan was look for negative experiences/scam alerts for the company. I didn't find anything that stood out, so I took a chance. They have been nothing but wonderful to work with. Everything goes like clockwork, no hidden fees, all above board. They even worked with me in a couple lean seasons. I gave 4 rather than 5 stars, due to how expensive this financing is. But, given my past credit history, there was no alternative to getting capital for my business. I'd edit this to 5 if I got a better interest rate.

Their representatives have great knowledge of the products. They were straight forward and up front. Funds were available within a week. I was not happy with their first field inspector, he made an appointment, showed up 30 minutes early, left and refused to return. Delayed the process two days. 2nd inspector they sent was very nice and came when he said he was going to. The rates of interest are ridiculous, almost criminal, but they are in line with other companies. .

Fairly easy to deal with though a little expensive
