Hi Brad, I'm sorry to hear about the predicament you're in. We value your business and it's unfortunate that you're disappointed. The contract you signed does state that we collect from your sales but you did not allow us to recently. We did try reaching out multiple times via email as well. Hi Lowell, Are you sure you spoke with a representative at Merchant Capital Source? What was his name? We do offer an early payment discount and all interest is NOT charged in advance. This is a purchase agreement contract in which MCS purchases a percentage of the business’ future credit card sales in exchange for an upfront payment to the business. As with all purchase agreements, the cost is legally stated as a discount rate not an interest rate. Regardless all “interest” is not charged “up front”. There is no fixed payment and no blanket personal guarantee or personal collateral required from the business owner – as a result the cost of this financing is higher than a fully secured bank loan option.
