This software provides 0 service history records. It is easy to navigate and gives a thorough report on many other factors such as title status and history, vehicle features, market value, and safety recalls. BUT, there is absolutely 0 records of any kind on PM history and repairs, which at the end of the day is close to the only details that matter when considering to buy a specific vehicle. The rest of the details is mostly just noise. Don't waste your money, get a Carfax report, the preventative maintenance history is easily worth $15.00 or so extra.

Dear Gabe, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry to hear that the report didn’t provide what you were hoping for. I want to be upfront and clarify one key point. Zilocar doesn’t currently include service or maintenance history in its reports. In general, this type of data isn’t centralized and is only available when repair facilities or private data partners choose to share it, which is why service records can appear in some reports from other providers and be missing in others. Because each company relies on different data sources, the level of detail can vary significantly for the same vehicle. That doesn’t mean the information in your report was incorrect - it reflects the data that was available to us at the time. However, we understand that if service history was the main factor you were looking for, the report may not have felt valuable to you. We are actively looking into ways to include service history in the future if it becomes more consistently and reliably available. Thank you for giving Zilocar a try and for sharing your feedback.
