USELESS REPORT
WASTE OF MONEY!! This company provides no service history records. The report I received only had information about the build, the date, and the mileage when the car was originally sold to the first owner and when it was posted for sale again recently. So no service records whatsoever which is what you really need to look into when buying a used car. I know for a fact that there are several history records on the car as I bought a report from Carfax that reflects them. Zilocar charged me $30 for a useless report and when contacted said that their report is accurate and they will not refund my money. That they will instead give me another of their useless reports for free... So, I was scammed by this company. So please DO NOT fall for it.

Dear Dustin, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry that the report didn’t meet your expectations. To be fully transparent: Zilocar does not currently provide service history records. In reality, most vehicle history providers don’t consistently have access to full service history either, as this data isn’t centralized and is only available when it’s voluntarily reported by repair facilities or shared through specific private data sources. We do our best to clearly outline what’s included before checkout so there are no surprises. Differences between providers exist because each relies on different data partners. Some may include certain private or proprietary data sources, while others focus strictly on public and verified records. This doesn’t mean the information in our report is inaccurate - it reflects the data available to us at the time. While we offered an alternative solution, we’re sorry that it didn’t feel fair from your perspective. We’re actively exploring ways to include service history in the future if it becomes more consistently and reliably available. We appreciate you taking the time to use Zilocar and share your feedback.
