Vehicle history providers compile data from multiple third-party databases, insurance partners, auctions, and public records, and each provider may have access to slightly different reporting sources or update timelines. Because of this, differences between reports from different services can occasionally occur, especially if certain incidents were reported to one database but not yet reflected in another at the time the report was generated. I’m genuinely sorry that the billing and renewal process felt unclear - that was never our intention. Just to add a bit of context (not as an excuse): the renewal had already gone through before we heard from you, which is why our team wasn’t able to stop or reverse that charge at that point.
