What a pain to use this. Their customer service? Limited time, and if you were on the East Coast, the earliest you can have contact with them is noon. Did you forget to add something in? You’ve submitted so too bad too sad. For whatever reason, they showed a lower FICO score for a co-applicant. It’s still excellent, but it was 30 points too low. I was beginning to feel like it would be easier to just buy a house. Not impressed.

Zillow USED to be a reliable source for real estate. But now it's manipulated by Zillow management. Your photos are removed and/or deleted, customer service is NON EXISTENT. Current photos are NOT current views of said property. DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION.

The landlords in Wichita Kansas or cropping their photos on their pictures when you go look at the properties here the properties are filthy nasty holes in them ice boxes are dirty mold black and mold inside the apartments door knobs are hanging off walls need to be painted basement needs to be redone but their pictures their cropping them so people will believe that they are just a beautiful brand new everything's brand new in it The ice boxes don't even match the pictures or the stoves then when you go look at these places their trash and you walk out after wasting gas people don't have gas money to keep running back and forth looking at these cropped photos that Zillow is allowed Wichita Kansas landlords to put on their website you guys need to make these landlords take actual pictures not pictures that have been up for 30 years The actual pictures of the property and I guarantee you a lot of people will so I complaining if they have not already start complaining about this

They lie that they'll provide estimated monthly payment if to refinance your home, then after collecting all your information, they just give it to a third party and don't provide an estimate.

I am an agent and decided to use Zillow Media Experts. Do NOT DO THIS! They have no customer service. I have yet to speak with anyone even after calls, messages and emails.
