Zillow is totally misleading. I looked at 3 homes and realized it had two different taxes listed for each home. They then connected me with an agent who then gave me a third quote on the taxes which were higher than the other two!! Not accurate and a waste of time!!

I am not even allowed to change MY address at MY property without the hassles of going down to the City and asking for a form that shows my residence address has changed. Zillow was not worried about that when I 1st advertised, did not question the address I put in one time. We just simply advertise now with Apartment Guide. All advertising we had on Zillow has been deactivated. We lost over 2 weeks of prospective renters while I waited for a response from Zillow to change my address just to find out Sara won't do it, therefore they lost my business. I use Apartments.com now, no hassle and FREE!!!!

A lot of expired and sold listings. A TON of agents email or call after searches. Some houses appear on lists that don’t match search criteria and there are a bunch of ads. It feel like a hint marketing site for realtors.

Has very wrong data on my house. Email Zillow, but never got any response. The wrong data has really bad impacts on the image of my house.

Agents Stay away from Zillow's Advertisement. They charged a lot and it did not work at all. Most people that called using you to open the door and deal directly with the listing agent. The leads never work at all. Don't waste your money here! Don't trust any phone calls advertisement. Talk sweet and told me I can get deals easy. All promises were lying.

The worse experience we ever had with customers service. Nobody give Zillow rights to estimated your home without you permission , a specially if this done by algorithm (it was Zillow representative excuse ). Estimates of home absolutely bazar, similar homes(lots size, sq.ft, year of the home....) in the same area code can be estimated with range from 10,000-60,000 $.Some of the home can be smaller, older, with less upgrades cost more then bigger, younger homes. Very dishonest and fraud side .

Very suspicious. Do you know that realtors can remove reviews they don’t like. A realtor sent me a text threatening to remove it. .... world-screwed up. You cant even say truth in a review. Good job Suzanne. The Zillow review will come down shortly bc it is not true. Thank you.

Zillow is a horrible service for agents. Why in the world would I sign up as a premier agent, pay a fee when I can't even get customer service as a regular user. Trying to grow my profile with reviews has been a nightmare. So tired of this, wish they would clean it up.
