I have been using zillow for more than 10 years never had a problem. I listed a new property and scammers got a hold of my listing housesforrent.com and rentspeed.com also cabin wall. I contacted zillow, crime stoppers and FTC to report scam. Sent them screen shots of the ads using a diferent phone than mine. If they really are serious a double step verification should be done by text. I had the same number for over 10 years. Sent houses for rent an email to remove the fake add asking for less money. I added to my add on zillow proof of ownership will be shown at time of lease in a legal attorney office. Zillow removed my account and now they want me to send a copy of the deed or utility bill. Unheard of. If they are really zillow my phone is verified by goggle. Have 4 more listings using a realtor company now. I assume they are running a scam now. Tried to call them I immediately got a person calling from california leaving a voicemail using my name when I never left a message, calls are forwarded to another number in California where homesforrent are based according to better bussiness bureau in California they have reports about both of them renting properties that are not rented anymore or owners are not aware of possibly they are a deal with the scammers. Zillow customer service totally sucks. In most cases, it seems that there is no physical person available or a phone number to reach someone to answer your questions and help with problems immediately. Rather, users must fill out an online form and wait for a response, which dramatically slows getting anything done. If you are a private landlord and want to reply to reviews, good luck. I have been searching for this feature for a week and can't get answers. Why doesn't Zillow make this feature prominent, instead of hiding it away?

I signed up as a Premier Agent for Zillow to try and get more leads for my Real Estate business. What a TOTAL SCAM! ** Do not waste your money!!! ** The leads are no good and the customer service/account assistants do not care about you at all. They only care about signing you up and then they just want your money every month. ZILLOW PREMIERE AGENT IS A SCAM!!!!

Never give Zillow.com your credit card info. I had my credit card company block Zillow from charging my card because they keep charging even after you deactivate your listing.

This Company is Horrible,this is my case: i am virtual Tour Photographer and want to ask them how can i shot Virtual Tours for Agents/Broker with there own App called 3D Home. I send them an email, after 18DAYS!!!!! they answered with stupid comments and not answer at my question!!! i send them again another email, THE SAME AGAIN!!!! How can I earn money, when such companies put stones in your path. How is it possible for a big player like them to make millions????

I listed my property on Zillow. Don't you do it. There is zero customer service! I uploaded my lease for a tenant to sign. The docu sign wasn't working properly. The tenant was finally able to sign it. Then when it was time for me to sign it I received a notification from Zillow the lease is ready to sign. I couldn't sign it. I tried for days and 3 requests sent through their help center. Zillow is too big and there needs to be a better option. I will NEVER use this company again. You cannot speak to a live person nor do I trust them since they started charging consumers.

I have a well maintained 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, with pool, that Zillow had low priced at $304,512 in August of 2020. In September 2020, they dropped it's estimate to $246,112. My problem is, they are setting low market prices - with no recourse. They say it's only an estimate, but the truth is you now half to go to extraordinary lengths to prove they are wrong. They do this with no requirement to explain or justify their actions. For most folks, a home purchase is their single highest investment/purchase. What are folks to do when a big unapproachable entity publicly devalues their retirement savings by 19% over the course of just 30 days? Keep in mind this is real estate, not the stock market.

We put up a rental listing. Found a tenant with ok credit score report. Used Zillow’s lease agreement. However it turned out to be a nightmare. Bad tenant and when I contacted Zillow to see if I can leave the tenants review to alarm other landlord, they didn’t respond quickly. It took them 10+ days to respond. Same as when I had leasing agreement questions. It was free services I used, i wonder maybe you paid for their upgraded services, they will take your request more seriously.
