ASTRONOMICALLY HORRIBLE I don't know if the site or the customer non-service is worse. It's a toss-up. And Zillow intends to "take-over' the residential real estate market...because fbso is sooo easy-peasy. From the MLS feed being jacked; to photos being wrong; to old data to the truly INCORRECT "Zestimates". PLeeeeeZE people...get off Zillow and Trulia (did you know Zillow owns Trulia???) Use realtor.com or a real realtor site...!!!!

Warning! Do not share your personal information with Zillow! I recently gave my personal information to Zillow and in two days my SMS, emails and phone number have been bombarded with spam. I was having so many problems with spam calls and sms messages, my mobile provider gave me the number of an individual who is serving 20 years for murder. I made a huge mistake sharing my personal information. The number change worked. 4 weeks and no spam calls or sms messages. Today, I suddenly started getting unwanted calls and sms messages. I should have guarded my new number more carefully. Do not give these people your personal information.

I paid Zillow to publish rental ads for several of my properties. Zillow took my money but my ads were never published. Customer support agent ACKNOWLEDGED that my ads weren't published but refused to refund. I've spent FOUR weeks exchanging daily emails with an agent who kept refusing to address my simple actual issue and just kept copy+pasting irrelevant information over and over. I tried to escalate my issue but Zillow locked down all alternative avenues of contact so there is nothing a landlord like me can do (short of suing which is of course not feasible due to the amount of time and money involved). It's hard to believe that Zillow is running a flat out scam but here we are.

Zillow is not accurate at all. Sale homes change and it is never updated from previous sales. This is always giving false information on the house market.

Be careful listing your home. In less than 5 hours after listing mine up, I had to change my phone # to an old canceled number as my phone was BLOWING UP with scammers as well as Texts. As I entered work I had 12 calls in 15 minutes, private #'s, ones in "MY" name (seriously), and of course the usual fake numbers. Identical Text messages from 2 different numbers asking about leasing the home BOTH were Indian names. I will be pulling it down tonight My email is still there and never will my Phone number be correct ever again there. You can not get an email to contact Zillow about this problem nor will anyone actually answer the phone. Big waste of time listing it this way as the grief already is not worth it

I found some beautful homes in my price range and got preapproved only to contacted by someone from Zillow saying they represented the buyers of all 19 houses, who put in offers on all those homes. Why keep a house posted as new or not pending online for people to get their hopes up on houses that are more than likely gone? I presume it was solely to look like there are plenty of houses on the site or start a bidding war - both are unprofessional. This is absurd.

Saw a lot of listings that were in my price budget, I mean 20+ of them. Spoke to an agent. And all of them are either unavailable, not actually listed, or under contracted. This site is a scam!

I have a home for sale in Baiting Hollow NY 11933). When you search homes for sale in Baiting Hollow NY, the home is not displayed. Zillow limited the results to a small area. All other companies (even Trulia that is owned by Zillow) show the full area and my home. As the home owner I tried to contact Zillow but they never called me back. My listing agent contacted Zillow and still no corrrction has been made by Zillow.
