I enter "corner" for corner lot and it creates 18 criteria, so nothing shows. How the heck do you get 18 search criteria out of 1 word?

dont buy a home from zillow. they cheap and overprice houses. they have you sign a waiver for a non disclosure on whats wrong with the homes and when you do you inspection find out the house is overpriced and needs work. they gave me 2500 for a 18 thousand dollars roof that if out out needed to be replaced. DO not buy from zillow. they trying to get their money back they lost for their gambling with the house market. let them fall before they can get back up for their stupidity.

Zillow is the worst! Never responds to our interest in homes. We paid application fees but only got to see one house only because it was the actual home owner, because we never got responses it has taken a few months of trying to schedule a viewing for a property, never got one! Now Zillow says my time run out I need to pay more application fees! No wonder they're going out of business... Total let down!

I was looking for property and found land I really wanted and I requested to buy it for the price listed and was told I should go look at the property and I drove 2 hours to look at the property and I still pushed to buy I was told Zillow will set everything up and for me to buy and get back to me in a week. They never called back so I called and they said it was already in process of being sold to someone else. I talk to a supervisor and they never tried to make it right.

Zillow is awful .ALL BOTS. ALL BOTS I pay to list rental on the site, It will show over 1000 views 50+ saves , 70 plus messages saying they would like to see then when you answer back you might here from 1 real person, All bots. Site in using ALL BOTS to inflate views. The should be sued honestly. What to they think people dumb?

What an evil company. They got a bot to buy up properties against real buyers, artistically inflate the market, then lay off most of their employees and selling back the houses to insider investment firms. We should contact lawmakers and the news

I no longer consider Zillow to be a provider of reasonably accurate prices for homes. My decision is based on my own experience. I've read their explanation on how they arrive at pricing. However, they also say that they try to provide accurate information to consumers. In that light I contacted them. I questioned the price they provided for my home. It was considerably lower than it should've been when you look at the houses in my neighborhood. It just didn't make sense. Then I began doing a refi. I had my home appraised by a legitimate appraiser for this refi. I was shocked. Zillow produced a price of $385,000 for my home. The appraiser produced a value of $510,000. That is a huge difference. I sent the appropriate page of my appraiser to them thinking that it would be helpful. They did say that they strive to produce the most accurate information possible. I would've thought that they would be grateful to me. That wasn't the case. They totally ignored it and just said that they use their own model to come up with a value. Fine. This is still America and they can do what they want. But going forward, I have no confidence in their estimates at all and I've shared my experience with neighbors and friends.

I listed my place for rent on Zillow. The only "interest" I got was people who wanted to sell my place or short term rent it. There are no legitimate leads. Have had my place on there for a full month, went with Zillow's recommended rent and have not leased it.
