What an awful company. I tried to use them to sell my house. After almost a week, approx 15 voicemails, 3 emails. They don't respond. I will be going with a real Realtor.

Zillow is a trap that does not care about you the seller. NO customer service, NO way to correct their crazy false "Zestimate " and NO way to delete a listing. Even the previous home demo 5yrs ago, we built new on same site but could not remove old Zestimate on this location. Hurt out market value and very frustrating. Customer We-dont-care was zero help. Can never remove a listing from zillow!!! Attept to remove it, says it "sold" and listing is still there!!!! 🔥 Zillow has THREE different houses on this same lot! Frustrating!!!. Do not use this deceptive site!

They do not care about or even try to lockdown your account if someone tries to access it illegally. They refer you to the "HelpCenter" which is non-existent customer service. When you reach their "Privacy" Zendesk service, the agents just ignore your requests to close or lockdown the account and reply with "Thank you for contacting us. Please let us know if you need anything else..." type emails. NON-EXISTENT SECURITY AND PRIVACY FROM ZILLOW.

No responses to the emails and there is a no phone support. If somethign happens with your account. Good luck!

Selected an 11AM appointment to tour a home for sale. Received a call from an Agent to see if I could come after 1PM. I declined, so he called back and asked if I could meet at 10:30AM because he had an open house later; I accepted. Arrived at the property about 25 minutes early. Waited until 10:35AM. He did not respond to my texts when I informed him I had arrived and when I was leaving. Inconsiderate and not professional, to say the least. No reply from Agent all day to even apologize. Would have rather he rescheduled instead of not honoring the time. It also appeared that the home was still occupied, which he did not mention. Found the home listed on Zillow. Discredits the profession when Agents lapse in impressive customer service and are more commission-driven. Will not use or recommend Zillow or the associated Agent EVER.

Contacted Zillow about listing my home for sale on their website, I am the only owner on the title/Deed and own the home. After uploading the information and photos, was told to wait at least 72 hours before the listing would post, IF there were any issues the zillow service dept would contact me, after more than five days I contacted the customer service team and more than 48 hours have not heard a peep. My email and contact number were on all correspondence. Absolutely criminal what these massive companies get away with, I am more than happy to hear from someone from this company.

There's no way to get actual information you need from an actual realtor. You can call or email them and it'll just get you to somebody that is a middleman to a middleman to a middle man. If you're looking for land and intend to build good luck. They do not want to deal with land they do not want to answer your questions if it's not a big giant mansion for sale where they're getting a big cut they don't care. That being said if you're going to sell go ahead and just post it in the newspaper for 30 bucks if you've got a good deal someone will buy it, but I would never post my crap on here or put it in the hands of a realtor who doesn't give a s***
