ZillowReviews of zillow.com

Zilow is a total 100% waste of your time. We've been trying to rent a home for 6 months now. All we get as a reply from zillow is an email to follow through with are request. WHAT? Follow through??? We are never contacted by anyone then the home is off market. This company is one big sham. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I hate the name zillow now.

Zillow changed their format so the average person cannot find For Sale By Owners. You have to know to click on the "other listing" box or you never see them. I can't find anyplace easy to inform you of that. If you don't want to list them just do away with the service, don't make people feel like they are using a useful service.

Zillow for free or for sale by owner is a joke! I listed our property for 3 months & never got 1 e-mail or phone call & we live in a tourist area where land is sought after! It also lacks for you to add valuable info on your listing. You get what you pay for or “not” !!

Don’t trust Zillow. They don’t check out their vendors trying to steal your information. Horrible experience. Save yourself

I'm righting this review for a real estate agent Jeremy Russell That works for RE/MAX. He is the listing agent for a house in Easley sc i put in a offer on and went into contract for. Well I put in the earnest money for 1750 and I found out that the furnace was the original furnace from 1969 and it didnt work and you cant get parts for it anymore. So i tried to work it out with seller to replace it and we couldn't come up with a agreement about it so i pulled out the deal and he took half the earnest money from me. This is unethical and dishonest to take my money from me. The house was not listed AS IS and It was not disclosed that the furnace didn't work!I had the right to pull out for a bad furnace!!!!it was still under the due diligence period And the funny thing is this house was under contract two time this year. And the gas meter was locked. I eventually got them to turn on the gas... So wow 875 X 3 = $2625. token from buyers. Wow the owner will soon have enough money to replace the furnace!!! So be aware of Jeremy Russell LIC #68826.

I agree with the other reviews about Zillow’s false advertisement with its $29 fee for aplications to apply for 30days. Realizing it after $90 , that never new listings, that owners or property managers dont even use Zillow’s applications, or background and credit checks! 100% a scam on the way they work. They need to be STOPPED!!

Zillow Rental services fraudulently advertises that a $29.99 application fee for home rentals will apply for 30-days on any homes you investigate renting from management companies that advertise their property’s for rent on the Zillow site. Today two separate home rental management firms in Sacramento California stated that they don’t authorize the use of Zillow pre-qualification services and that the Zillow charge was fraud. Basically the Zillow fraudulent clam resulted in my family a $29.99 charge for nothing since the qualification process they say is being done on our behalf is not recognized by rental management firms.

Good to see homes but terrible accuracy in regards to the market. Even when homes are listed by the owners for one price Zillow makes up its own prices and don’t even have key features such as sq footage.
