Zillow hijacked my listing from MLS and changed the data to make it look bad and I have sent them several requests to correct it without any response. Is this illegal. May need to file with Atty general and TREC.

I rented a home through Sylvan homes I found on Zillow and Zillow needs to sever business ties with Sylvan since their rental property conditions are less than up to par. I’ve been in a sylvan rental home for almost 2 weeks and have not have running hot water to take a shower. Maintenance does not respond and the service center is not in this country…Sylvan does not stand behind their guarantees and is will most definitely drive tarnish Zillow

Recently listed my home, which was priced by an experienced real estate agent. Zillows Zesitmate was over 100k less than the listing price, and I contacted them to address the issue. It’s been over two days, and still nobody has gotten back to me. I sent it again today, and still no response. We have had potential buyers that turned away based on this erroneous “Zestimate”. Not only is Zillow way out of touch with home prices, their customer service sucks too.

Hate to be cleasha, but I wish there was a option for zero stars - Zillow is that amazingly bad. The worst customer service I've had in a while. This is a stock I would have no hesitation to short. You can only operate in that fashion for so long. I feel bad for my phone rep, while her service was very rude, the tone is set at the top. I blame the top, whoever you are.

Customer service is terrible. It takes forever to get a response from them, and when they do, the information is useless or incorrect.

Zillow does not return emails, resolve reports of inacuracy and leaves inacurate information on their site. I have attempted to contact them for weeks and no response. They must have fired everyone working there.
