For sale by owner tried calling and emailing zillow.com regarding concerns and never any response. After numerous attempts I wrote several times to zillow.com requesting to have my account deactivated because for some strange reason their website would not allow m to deactivate my account myself. I received an initial response to me email that a case was opened but nothing ever occurred. No one even attempted to call me back to explain why I was receiving an error message on their site barring me from deactivating my account. Their own website was refusing to allow me to deactivate my account and at no time since notifying them of my request several months ago has anyone followed up with a phone call, text or email explaining why the situation keeps occurring! This has to be the worst real-Estate site on planet earth! I would never recommend anyone to advertise their property on zillow.com. It's almost as if these individuals don't truly exist! Simply horrible company

Tried contacting a property manager on Zillow. The contact info was not valid. I left electronic message on listing, got no response. I called Zillow, left message, got no response. I had to choose option for "wanting to list on Zillow" through automated system to actually speak to a real person. The person was rude and hung up on me. I called back, spoke to another person, that was rude also and said they couldn't help. Zillow only wants to service Listers, give invalid contact info and no customer service to help. Fraudulent and unethical business!!!!!!

Very few leads for rentals. Furthermore, I am getting 5 calls a day from "Google Ads" that begin with "this is a lead from Zillow". They either sold my data to a marketing firm or at the very least failed to protect my information.

The worst customer service in the world. HORRIBLE. No one answers the phone, no one returns emails, no one listens to or returns phone calls. I would NEVER EVER do business with them. Advertising whores!!! They get your money, put competing adds from paying realtors on your add, so they take the business. I'd give them less than ZERO stars if I could. ZERO and Zillow are about the same.

I listed my home for sale May 2023 and have had issues from day one with incorrect information and glitches on the website listing and in the App. Mid June2023 the view count and save count started going going in reverse contrary to the daily listing report. Stopped at 3000 views and started reversing to the 1553 total as of today. I have called and left over 10 messages as well as email and still not received a single response to address the problem. I am for sure the negative views and save counts is negatively reflecting to potential buyers that the home is not popular. I will never recommend Zillow to anyone or use them ever again for a property. Any company as large as Zillow should have the appropriate customer service for any client or consumer. It's a shame.

I purchased an area $2500 per lead for six months. 4 actual leads (two closed) the rest dog walkers, their babysitters, a dad making sure he got a good deal on a house he already purchased a man from CA who thought a Realtor would make a great tour guide. I paid $2500 each and when I complained and wasn’t sure how the renew was doing. Zillow simply shut down my account. Zero communication

Zillow customer service is horrible. There is no way to contact a live agent and do not even bother attempting to leave a message and get a call back. The HELP site is completely worthless. I am very frustrated and out on an island with Zillow for rental listing support. IF Zillow reads these posts and would like to help, I welcome a response.
