They have the worst customer service one can imagine. Do not buy any service from these time wasters if you don't have to. They copy paste the same text when you ask a certain question despite I paid for their premium service.

I wish there was an option to pick 0 stars! I have called zillow over 10 times as well as emailed them and sent online requests multiple times. I have come to the conclusion that they don't have anyone helping people that are not paying for their ads or services. I even offered to pay if they would just help me! I have not spoken to a single human being. What's worse is that about 5 years ago, their customer service was able to help me with the same issue over the phone. It's not a difficult issue to fix, if I had backend access, I could take care of it. But thanks to their nonexistent support, 3 of my rental listings are not showing up on zillow and the owners of the properties are furious.

My experience with Zillow has been a colossal disappointment and a financial drain. After forking out a whopping $580 per month for six long months, I was shocked to find that they still charged me despite canceling just one day before the billing date. Their initial promise of delivering two viable leads per month was enticing, but what they conveniently neglected to disclose was that these "leads" could potentially be realtors, FSBOs (For Sale by Owner), or individuals already associated with a Zillow agent. This lack of transparency is profoundly unethical. What's more, Zillow's complete absence of effective filters to sift out fake leads makes the situation even worse. My investment in their service has proven to be an egregious waste of money and an eye-opening lesson in the perils of trusting a company that not only fails to deliver on its promises but also lacks integrity. I advice you to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Zillow and scrutinize where your hard-earned money is going. Beware.

Horrible, horrible experience!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE ZILLOW in search of a rental property and absolutely DO NOT ENTER ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION or "apply" on their website. Landlords and realtors are required to enter SSN to access your information and won't, for valid reasons, almost all will have you apply on their preferred site and Zillow then has all of your personal information to sell! DO NOT USE ZILLOW

Horrible in all aspects. Non supporting, lack luster if any communication. Why does this site exist?

The business seems shady at best. We have a house listed with a real estate company. In early September, we lowed our asking price $26,000. Immediately after Zillow lowered their estimate $25,800. Yesterday, I looked at Zillow and their estimate for my home was $480,100. I decided to lower our price from $499,000 to $479,500. Immediately Zillow lowered their estimate to $459,100. Something similar happened in August, however I don’t remember the exact figure s, however very close to the above figures. This happening once my be coincidence, but 3 times????? You make your own decision.

Made an inquiry about an available property, and forgot to un-check the "would you like to receive offers" pre-checked radio button. ...and then proceeded to be BLASTED by telemarketing calls. Made the inquiry on a Saturday morning. Calls started to trickle in Sunday afternoon, then first thing Monday morning the deluge began. Over 100 calls by mid-day Tuesday. OVER ONE HUNDRED in a day and a half.

So my issue is about Zillow estimate price and views .. with inexplicable facts and showing on this platform. They a speculate and showing wrong information . How can be in 12 days on market your house have 1020 viws and after 34 days on market have just 592 viws ? The same is with estimate price and showing how fast you will sell it . I always use Zillow and for me it was the best platform to see all information about houses and market in general but unfortunately I m totally disappointed and confused and for sure not will trust in it anymore . PLEASEE BE AWEARE AND DON’T BELIEVE IN INFORMATION THAT THEY SHOWED.
