Do not work with Zillow for preapprovals. We worked with Jerry. He was pushy on his end, and unresponsive to questions on my end. In an attempt to add my fiancée, he told her her credit didn’t qualify, then sent her a flippant response to her questions in an email. She had to call him the next day to get a response. I’m also now getting phone calls 24/7 from mortgage and loan companies. Avoid Zillow and Jerry at all costs!

Zillow is NOT legit and has realtors going against home owners on how much the house should be listed for. Zillow gives homes for sale very low market estimate and it is unfair to the housing market for sellers. I am currently going through this with my home listed on har. For sale. My housing neighborhood is appraised at 320,000 and over, Zillow shows potential buyers that my home is "overpriced". This is a fraud service and this site should not be allowed to act as housing appraisers with estimate numbers. So fraud! My home appraised for 329,000 and I listed it at 339,000, a potential buyer called my realtor and asked who would buy such an over priced home when "Zillow" says it estimate worth is 270,000?". Totally wrong! This site needs to be shut down about their Totally wrong estimates. Someone really needs to bring a lawsuit about them posting very bad and untruthful information when it will hurt someone in some way, me being the sellers.

This company is the absolute worst to work with there’s estimator is only on homes they want to give a history on or a price of what it’s worth if it doesn’t meet their agenda they don’t give a price at all very untrustworthy not a place to go to look for homes or get their evaluations of homes very unprofessional company.. trying to get an agent that actually call back on the responses of interest to homes is another joke..

I am looking for a rental. I have created two saved searches. I have also looked at what has come up in those searches and took the time to "HIDE" the ones that do not meet my criteria. Unfortunately, the next time I go back in to look at my saved searches, all of my hidden properties are now unhidden again. Every. Single. Time. This basically makes Zillow useless as a search tool for my needs.

I am a property manager/leasing agent. Zillow completely locked my account abruptly with zero message/notification as to why or how to resolve it.... "Customer service" if you can call it that, is minimalist via email only, and what you do get is extremely slow, terrible, and barely helpful once they do respond. This shows Zillow is so big, they don't have to really care about your puny little insignificant problem at all. A message regarding the details of why the account was locked, how to go about getting it resolved, and more responsive and personable customer service options would go a long way here. Too bad Zillow is as big as it is... There are no comparable alternatives, they know this, and it has gone to their heads. Update: A day later and after a robotically heartless and unapologizing email initially asking for proof we own the building or are authorized to list it for rent, and the proof being submitted to them immediately, there has been no response back as of yet and the account is still locked.

We became Zillow Premier agents 5/29/24. Our first experience was a showing "no show," that was double booked with another Zillow agent, at the same property, 30 minutes prior. Agent support could not explain how this could happen. We agreed to paying $800/month for 4 leads who Zillow said would be verified pre-screened, pre-qualified leads that are ready to buy and are requesting to book appointments. This lead counted as one. With multiple calls, emails, and an escalation to supervisors, Zillow still has no explanation how this happened. They have now credited $250.00 for this one lead. In 2 months, we have had 2 bookings, both no shows. 2 calls were customers who already have agents, 2 calls were customers who requested to speak with listing agent only, 1 who pushed button to speak with for sale by owner, and none who were pre-qualified or ready to buy. In addition, we had multiple messages that we had missed a Zillow connection call, though our phones did not ring. We connected two phones to our account to ensure that we didn't miss calls and troubleshooted re-uploading app, resetting phone options, etc. and could still not answer calls once they did ring. Each of these went against our answer % rate and showed as missed or declined. When we received other calls they repeatedly failed to connect though we answered every time. We reported this multiple times through calls and emails and requested a refund. Agent support assured us that they were working to resolve and app was being updated and problem was being reported to their engineers then committed to follow up but would not return calls nor have ever provided compensation. Each failed lead was a missed opportunity to connect with a potential client which is impossible to put a price on. None of this was due to our phone system or lack of understanding how to answer. Our phone works perfectly for our other lead system. I’ve read reviews on a lot of platforms since this has happened to us and this has happened to a bunch of other agents. Worst costumer service, they are so rude, they are not helping at all, they do not respond their emails quickly.

I’m a realtor. They keep blocking ads. They’re only for big companies. They listed a property and bumped me off for a big co ad. They’re trying to put small companies out of business. Their support team answers questions with gobbledygook. You can’t get anyone on the phone. The worst I have ever seen . Their mgmt is the worst I have ever seen. Going back to Craigslist and other alternatives. Even if you pay for an ad it’s really bad. Also , they download inquiries weeks after they’re sent when it’s too late. There are tons of realtors absolutely furious with them.
