Once I did the prequalify thing and my credit score dropped so far and fast it wasn't even funny. I have asked for an apartment question and instead of answering me, they just send me random listing to my phone number without permission. spamming me by text basically. stupid. I am not an impulse apartment buyer or house renter. dumb thing to spam anyway. So it is a garbage site for that reason, the numbers don't get you on the phone with the apartment shower or anything, just signs you up for spam. and NEVER sign up for prequalify.

Waste of money! I paid to apply to lease some of the properties. Out of dozens of applications, I received maybe two responses. Neither were real landlords. Don't waste your time or money using zillow.

I inquired about several properties in the last 3 months and besides spam calls never even had a realtor reaching out to me. I was ready to spend a lot of money, but zillow.com is completely and utterly useless - listings are outdated, provide incorrect information and nobody, besides their offshore spam call center, will ever contact you. Don't waste your time on zillow and simply grab a local realtor.

Every Realtor I talked to told me, Zillow was a nightmare to deal with. You can submit as many requests as you like, and they will never address your problem. For such a large company, you would think they would invest into their customer service. Not the case.

My Home's Rating is Inaccurate Somehow my 2BR condo is rated $150K less than 1BR condos in my complex and $250K less than other 2BR condos that have recently sold. Our score was considerably higher before. It almost seems as though someone has deliberately downgraded our home although it has many more updates than the homes that have recently sold for a quarter of a million dollars more. I cannot sign into Zillow, it keeps telling me I am using the wrong password. I am told I will receive a link to change the password but it never I never receive it.

Since signing a monthly contract for multifamily apartment listing, seven days have gone by with no access to our listing. A listing prepared by Zillow staff continues to be populated with errors preventing leads. Reporting the problem Zillow tech has gone answered. And, believe it or not, when responding to their satisfaction survey I gave it a '1' of '5' ... and upon entry '1' pops up as very satisfied!

The absolute worst site with zero customer service

Would be nice if owners/landlords would actually respond when you reach out to them. Its bs. Should be able to report them when they don't. Also should be able to block them. Also zillow raised their application price to $35 from $30, and they should give you more than 30 days when you pay, and if you don't get a rental should refund you.
