I would give this platform no stars if possible! Unable navigate the desktop or app versions. Landlords send messages that are inaccessible with links sent by Zillow. There is no easy way to contact Zillow for customer support. I may have lost multiple chances to rent an apartment because of major glitches in the software.

The bot captcha checker that loads every home search and page turn has led to me to other real estate search engines and with this, finding out others like Realtor.com home search is way better! Bye Zillow lol!!

Like most other property listing companies, Listing information are not accurate. Don't know how they got the housing information when they didn't even talk to owner!

So much discrimination for voucher holders when I ask for voucher they don't answer anymore i don't like this app

I have been working with Zillow for so many years. Last month I listed a property for sale. Nothing then I listed it again nothing. I tried to get in touch with them, as it is impossible because it has become a machine not a person friendly site.

Zillow allows for anyone to claim your home and change facts. My husband and I have been harassed by a mentally unwell neighbor who claims our home on Zillow and changes data. Zillow customer service will not help. You can't speak to any live person. Our neighbor goes into Zillow over a dozen times a day and edits data on our home to anything they wish. Thank you Zillow for posting our home info and allowing for fraud, scams, and harassment. I see many lawsuits in your future.

Today, while viewing a property listed on Zillow.com, I experienced racial discrimination from your real estate agent, **Robert Littman**. Upon meeting me, his first question was, “Where are you from?”When I replied that I was from Korea, he immediately asked, “North Korea or South Korea?” I explicitly told him that such questions can be perceived as racist by Koreans and that he should stop asking them. Instead of apologizing, he responded with a dismissive “Oh yeah?” If your company wants to be taken seriously as a real estate service, you need to educate your agents on basic manners and common sense. Racial discrimination has no place in professional interactions, and I expect Zillow to **take immediate action** to address this issue.
