My experience with the clinic in Tijuana was very accomodating. It turned out better than I expected. All the personnel (Ana, Juan, Karen, Alejandra, and the doctors) were very kind and informative. Ana was my first point if contact. She guided me through every step of the way from beginning to end and will continue to follow up with my progress. This gave me more confidence in the credibility of this clinic after months of research on the clinic that would be the best fit for me and my situation. Thank you to the team, I'm feeling better day by day and look forward to continued progress. Highly recommend!

I came to Zignagenix with an autoimmune disorder that was causing systemic inflammation primarily in my joints. I was in big trouble and sick for nearly 3 years with Chronic pain. After some major lifestyle and diet changes which temporarily stabilized my flare ups I started researching MSC umbilical stem cells. I was looking for a clinic with a certified lab on-site that provided non frozen live cells. I wanted the treatment from a clinic that would provide pre and post treatment nutritional guidance as well. Dr. Ramon and his team provided all of that and more. I received 300 million stem cells intravenously over the course of a few days and crossed my fingers while following the post treatment plan which included a superfood supplement program called Purium. It took courage, money, and a ton of research but it paid off. I am writing this 11 months post treatment and my flare ups have been in remission. I’m healthy again and I’ve regained a quality of life that I thought was long out of reach. I highly suggest this Clinic however please do your homework before contacting any clinic. Very communicative and helpful. They came and picked me up at the hotel (that they paid for and reserved for us) we were staying at in San Diego. It was a short ride across the border into Tijuana. The driver stopped at a gas station about halfway there to get anybody that needed a water or coffee payed by himself. We were greeted by all the staff at the clinic and they started right into the process. They even offered breakfast as soon as we arrived. They were very gentle and were very professional. A big shout out to Anna for all she did for us in getting things coordinated. I was traveling for business in San Diego. My wife and 1 year old daughter came along. It was not convenient for them to come along to the clinic. Anna came to the hotel where we were staying and picked up my wife, my daughter, and all our luggage to take her to an Airbnb we are staying at for our business venture. She stopped and allowed my wife to do some shopping for groceries for our stay in San Diego. The main desk lady took us on a tour of the lab and showed us where they stored and incubated all the stem cell. I definitely would recommend them for customer service. Time will tell now how effective it is.

What made my experience exceptional. It started with my coordinator, Manny Razo, the information he gave me and his transparency was what I was looking for before I made my decision. I had talked to other coordinator's from other stem cell companies but wasn't impressed. It seems like they were trying to sell me large expensive packages and really wasn't listening to me about my chief complaints. Manny, set up appointment to have a professional consultation with the doctor. After my consultant experience I was pretty much ready to move forward with my down payment. This was the best decision I've ever made for myself. After being in pain for year's. I had several cervical fused disc surgeries, and sciatic issues which just had changed my quality of life. I was sick and tired of pain medications and anti-inflammatorys. Eventually, my system became immune to them. I had my procedure one week ago and honestly, I'm feeling better than I could imagined. I can't believe that I have no pain and, finally getting a goodnight sleep. My co-workers have already said that i walk faster, and they can see I am much happier. The staff at Zignagenix, are amazing, and Dr. Ramon, Gave myself and my family members a wealth of information about stem cells, which made me even more confident in my decision to know that I made the best decision with the right company. This was my first trip to Zignagenix. My finicial advisor had told me about it. And the results he got from the treatments.He said it changed his life. He went on and on about the results. So I was real interested and ask him where he went! Then he said" Mexico" Then all the bad things I had heard about Mexico clinics came to mind. But he insisted that it was a first class clinic spotless with first rate doctors and equipment. So I looked into it myself. Checked out the web site then called the Lady that had answered all his questions and set up a phone confreance with the doctor to decuss my health issuse. Her name is Ana! I gave her a call and she was professional and answer all my questions. From that first contact with the company everything was professional and friendly and no pressure!!! Ana handeled everything the Hotel and transportation to and from the hotel in San Daigo to the clinic in Tijuana. No problem crossing into or back from Mexico to the states. Juan who is the driver "again a nice friendly person" pickes you up in a medical van that has a special lane for entray into and back into US. The procedure was quick ! I went for a bad knee /hip and neck . I plan to take my wife next. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The whole experience was smooth with no problems. A first class operation from first contact to finish. They keep in contact after you get back to make sure everything is OK! So if your interested give Ana a call. I had a great experience using this company. I had injections into my knees for cartilage issues. I had improvement in both pain reduction and inflammation. They were very professional to deal with and made the experience of crossing in and out of Mexico seamless. The driver was a class act.
