My name is Lori W and I would like to share my experience with ZignaGenix in Tijuana. I flew into San Diego 27 Sep, spent the night. The driver picked me up the next morning 28 Sep, took me to ZignaGenix where I had one of the scheduled procedures done and the driver took me to the hotel in Tijuana. I heard feedback of peoples concerns regarding personal safety traveling to Tijuana as my family didn’t want me traveling alone when they found out where I was traveling, but I convinced them I would be fine. During my procedure I forwarded a video of the area which settled my families concerns!! The area in Tijuana which ZinaGenix is located is wonderful, not at all what you hear. I did have a reaction to the first procedure and I called Ms. Ana, who was very responsive. She immediately sent medication to the hotel. Once I got to the clinic/lab the next day the team took care of me, checking my bloodwork and ensuring my comfort! By the time I left the clinic on the second day, my bloodwork had been checked and I felt great, I did receive the go ahead for my second treatment. I had three days of treatments and traveled alone, I would do it again!! ZignaGenix is reputable, amazing, and cares about their patients!! Although I traveled by myself, I never felt alone as Ms. Ana was only a phone call away and this was after an extensive welcome letter with comprehensive directions!!! The service was excellent, I came all the way from Hawaii, I was met at the San Diego airport and taken to the Hotel. The next morning Ana met me at the hotel for breakfast there after she took me to the border crossing and flew to Porto Vallarta where I was met and taken to a prearranged Resort. The next day I was taken to the clinic where I got my first injection it was a weekend on Monday I was again taken to the clinic for the injection in my knees. The first night I had pain on my right knee , I called and the doctor came at night and brought me pain medicine. Two days later I left. I was not noticing any improvement but was told it could take up to 6 months for the healing process, After 6 months I decided to get knee replacement that was June 2026 I got on the waiting list for the surgery in October but after 7 1/2 months my knees start feeling better, I was not sure if it was for real and I waited 6 weeks and I felt better and I canceled the surgery. I am now able to get up from a chair without using my hands, still not as when I was 50 but much better and after all I am 87years old plus I had a stroke that effected my lower extremities. I hope it will improve more and remains pain free. I am glad I did the Stem Cell therapy and avoided surgery.

I am Brenda Muth from Iowa. I'm 72 years old. I have been in horrible pain in my back and spasms in my back right shoulder. I was on 6 strong pain pills a day! Also my knees were looking deformed from arthritis and was ok'd to have surgery on both , to replace. I found Zignaggenix after several calls to clinic in America and some in Mexico. When I called Ana Ituarte, I felt so excited to come to their clinic in T juana Mexico. Two weeks later , was there. Ana organized my therapy and hotel stay and driver. I came by myself and had no fear because Ana arranged everything , even gave me her private phone number if I had problems! Also, the driver, I had his phone number if I needed him. Everything was perfect! The clinic was spotless and the team of professionals were amazing! Dr. Oscar asked lots of questions and looked at medical reports from my specialist in America...I had 2 days of stem cells! First day in my thorasic spinal cord ( pretty much painless). Then intervinious stem cells both days too. Second day I got my shoulder and knees done. The BIG DEAL IS THE LIVE STEM CELLS !!! The nurses and both dr.s were so professional and kind! The hotel they brought me to was very clean and the staff help me get my suitcase to the room! Very clean!!! The restaurant there had a free breakfast buffet. I had no worries about cleanliness! I had omletts both days, made to order in front of you, fruit and great coffee and lots of fun dishes! The last day my ride drive me back over the border and right to my airline. It was all so amazing! So I have been back for one week... I was on 6 heavy pain pills for probubly a year and feeling like a zombie when I came... I am taking it easy but I am taking O PAIN PILLS NOW! (I noticed I can smell really good too. ) Excited to see what 6weeks and 3 and 6 months will bring!!! IF YOU ARE HESITANT...DO IT! 💖

The doctors at this team in clinic is phenomenal. I would suggest this placed to anyone for Stem Cell is fresh never frozen. It comes directly from the hospital. I’d say this is one of the most lead clinics the world for Stem Cell The staff and the doctors are amazing so knowledgeable made everything easy. The location is lovely. They sent a driver right to the hotel picked us up and took a ride to the clinic. It took us right back. we have had wonderful results from the treatment. Everything we went for has been fixed in a lot more medical problems.

Wonderful drs full of knowledge and sincerely cared for your well being answered every question with no hesitation helped my autoimmune tremendous made a complete 360 for my well being I couldn’t recommend them enough

From the moment the driver picked me up, I knew I was in good hands. I’ve got a spinal cord injury and a TBI, so I’m very cautious with traveling and my surroundings. I’m getting a better quality of life and I’m forever grateful to Zingagenix and everyone who works there. I should add that Manuel goes above and beyond with my texts and calls. Snacks, blankets and so many skilled and compassionate nurses and doctors, I can’t recommend them enough.

Went to Cancun in February for stem cell therapy and now that it’s been almost two months, I can honestly say I feel amazing. The difference didn’t hit all at once, but over time I started noticing more energy, better recovery, and just feeling more like myself again. Lately it feels like I turned the clock back a bit. I’m moving easier, working out consistently, and staying as active as I was in my 20s without feeling worn down after. Even had a few people mention I look younger, which I’ll take. On top of that, the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff made everything easy, answered every question, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everyone was genuinely friendly and professional, which made a big difference being out of the country. Overall I just feel healthier, more motivated, and really glad I decided to do it.
