First order never arrived ... Tracking showed it was taken by customs seller said post had ceased (despite a friend ordering the exact same type of item a day or 2 after me and receiving his) Second time was ordered May 29th sent out on June 4th and has not had any shipping updates since (it's now June 24 so 20 days) ... They have no interest in helping to locate the item which is now well beyond how long it should take but apparently this is normal.

Avoid at all cost. First time buyer of gel blasters. Was going to spend a decent amount on a rifle with several upgrade parts. Customer service was appalling. Did not answer my questions properly so I don't know what I'm buying. For example, "does the piston cylinder with nozzle come with standard O rings?" Answer was "yes O ring is included, like in the picture" so I asked if they were the upgraded Green O rings because they were green in the picture. Answer was "idk the O ring, don't have time". I told them I was going to spend money on them but they have such bad service. they just said "ok bye". Bad attitude, bad service, no description on some items. Another conversation I had with them was about the m4a1 rifle they said it's plastic gear box, I said the new ones are nylon and they just changed the description. So not sure if thats the truth. I asked for proof but they said they just asked the factory. They have no clue what the parts do and why it is more expensive to some other parts...said "idk why cost is different, it's just different when sourcing them" Re: firstly I didn't make my purchases because I was not given enough description of what I'm buying. I had 8 items and 7 of them are upgrade parts with bad/no description. Secondly, this is exactly what I mean by bad service and attitude. So low that they are calling their customer names. Thirdly, as you said it yourself and is also on your website there are upgraded airtight O rings (that's why it's in the upgrade section and people are paying extra money for them). Lastly, how do you expect people to do business with you if you don't know you own products?

I have had a few orders with Zhenduo and none have gone smoothly, I have always had an issue with something. They do not provide any customer service and put the blame on you. Their shipping times are beyond a joke, they take over a week to send items and if it is something that isn't shipped from Australia which is almost everything, expect to wait a minimum of two to three months. They ship from China, then to Malaysia then to their warehouse and then onto you via the slowest methods available. In my last order, I received products that did not fit the product they listed it would. Their response was "idk thought it fit" and "poor guy it is only $8". It took me threatening to report them to the ACCC for them to offer a partial refund and eventually an actual refund. If you want to wait months, have a chance of getting the incorrect items, and then not receiving any support with a very good chance of losing your money go ahead and buy with them. Otherwise, I highly suggest you use an Australian seller.

Guess what? My gel blaster is going to be delayed by 1-2 MONTHS!!! So mush for it being shipped sea way, you don’t even have that item in stock! Rip off. 3205 😡

I’m not really sure why the XYL arp9 magazine & coupler I ordered have been sitting in Kuala Lumpa since the 2nd of June.. it says cleared and awaiting international departure.. almost 2 weeks it’s said the same thing...... this is taking a very long time
