Zhenduo BlasterReviews of zhenduotoys.com

Placed order and was later refunded as item wasn't available. Seller claims it's sent but they're referring to another package.

Ordered a gen 8 from the UK warehouse yesterday morning 29th Jan 21. looking at trust pilot reviews today and now I wish I hadn't! I'm hoping my experience isn't like the others but I'll update this review according to how the company acts. So far, no item posted or tracking number. Downloaded the shop app to track my package but still no update. (March 12th) woke up to a tracking number after being told I'd have my package within a week. H001JA0010931197 this number traces to a package that had been posted by hermes on the 6th of March (not my package) they haven't asked for my order number once yet either. I tried to enter my postcode with the tracking number on the hermes website but due to it not being my parcel it wouldn't let me see the delivery information. Claiming back my money now.

Ordered on 4th December 2020. As it was (supposed to be) a Christmas present for our son & we knew that Covid / Brexit may cause delays we were careful to order from ‘UK stock’. Christmas came & went & it became clear that ‘UK stock’ actually meant ‘stocked in China & item will be shipped on a wing & a prayer via Poland & despite FALSELY ADVERTISING as UK stock in the first place we will then proceed to blame Brexit & Covid for delays’. We’ve sent numerous messages requesting tracking info only to be told ‘it will arrive end of Jan’. One of the messages even said ‘we have to pay a second VAT due to Brexit but we won’t charge you for that, thx!’ The latest response to a request for info was ‘yeah it will soon be sent out’. If our son didn’t want this gun so desperately we would have insisted on a refund a long time ago. Covid & Brexit delays are understandable. Lying about where your items are stocked is false advertising.

Why are your UK stock blasters not actually in the UK please? I ordered a gel blaster (UK stock) early last month and live in the UK and it's still not been shipped.. I've been told they are in Poland like two weeks ago now but why would it be in Poland if it's UK stock in your UK warehouse? Your site stock count says you have the gel blasters item in stock in your UK warehouse so surely it would be shipped by now? Please do not mention due to Covid delays or brexit because you can still ship the gel blasters from your UK warehouse to a UK address. It should not take 6 weeks to ship! The gel blasters are not in the UK, this is false advertising! Even if the gel blasters are in Poland getting from Poland to the UK warehouse even with Covid delays will not take that long. I have had items from China to UK very recently arrive within 3 weeks...

I ORDERED FROM ZHENDUO ON THE 11.11.2020 ALLOWING PLENTY OF TIME FOR DELIVERY FROM "UK STOCK" EVEN IF I LIVED ON MARS. IT'S NOW 23.12.2020 AND NOTHING, NO TRACKING INFORMATION, NO SHIPPING INFORMATION, NO DELIVERY DATE, NOT EVEN ANY APOLOGY. MY ADVICE ORDER ELSEWHERE.

You are told its UK stock for a start which is the first lie. Then you are ignored when you ask about where your item is. Then you are lied to because apparently its in Poland ( funny that because its uk stock) then they blame Covid which is another lie. Then they blame the new strain of covid which is another lie. Amazon can deliver parcels next day because guess what they actually have uk stock. Avoid these scammers.

Havent recieve items after 4 weeks
