I ordered from this company I have waited 5weeks and my gun still hasn't arrived. I won't be using again or recommending., their customer after care is very slow!

Rubbish order never arrived

I have not received my goods yet.

I have been waiting for my items since November 2020. UK stock has arrived in the warehouse (apparently) so my items should have really been shipped by now. I have been promised a free blaster too and request that to be shipped with my items. Apparently, they are focusing on AUS users first, then UK user orders but when you have been waiting 4 months, I expect some form of empathy. I have been given no shipping details or anything of the sort. Edit: Fake tracking number given to me by Zhenduo which is the same as other users and now Zhenduo are no longer replying to me. It's laughable at this point.

Been waiting since Feb for my order, still havnt had a date for delivery or any kind of update. Emailed and was asked for my ref number to then not have any email back. My mother in law ordered the same day and they sent her the gel bullets with no gun. She emailed them and they sent her a link to track her package which sent her to a fake royal website trying to get her card details. I will be requesting my money back in the morning. Glad I payed by PayPal. Replying to your response. It is not in transit. As you told me another two weeks 2 days ago. There is also no tracking saying it is in transit!! Another update as you can all see that they claimed the order to arrive in a couple of days. Well it still has not arrived. They take your money and don't deliver or they tell you it has arrived when it hasnt. Need shutting down!

I ordered a couple of items from ‘UK Stock’ in December 2020 with the claim 'The shipment [from the UK warehouse] is estimated to arrive in the end of this month!' A few months into 2021, the site disappeared then became resurrected in June 2021 (with no acknowledgement of unfulfilled prior orders) and ‘EU and UK stock’ available to buy, and a handful of specific ‘UK Stock’ items already sold out. As it gets nearer to Christmas, ‘UK Stock’ may become plentiful but, if you’re looking for gel blasters, Do Not Buy from this site. ‘EBay’ and even Amazon UK are far more reliable.

When is your UK stock going to arrive? You said end of Jan 2021. It's now Feb 2021. Been waiting a few MONTHS for my package to arrive from UK stock to my UK address and nope... nothing. No updates, shipping, etc I do not think the UK stock is in the UK yet but how long now until it arrives? We need an update! There is NO POINT BUYING from their UK stock as you will be waiting months - trust me I should know.. You have been warned! Let me guess their reply will be: It will be shipped out soon LOL

Do not deal with this company, I ordered an item on the 15th Dec. from UK stock to be delivered in the UK. Upon payment I was informed delivery would be approx. 18th Dec. in time for Xmas as it was a present. The item didn't turn up for Xmas (& still hasn't turned up!) & I have had a long running email exchange where the company explained the item wasn't in UK stock (1st lie!) so the delivery date of the 18th was unachievable (2nd lie!). I explained I didn't need the item anymore as it was meant to be for Xmas & as it hadn't even been dispatched I would like a full refund, that was early January. After being fobbed off in email after email I finally had to contact Paypal (that is who the payment was through) and set up a resolution case, that is now being escalated as still no refund. You have been warned!
