Blaster was cheaper yet still very durable than from other websites with the exact same models. Shipping was slow but the product over all was as advertised.

Can't blame them for the shipping delay currently, which i'm not, prices are good and fair. however a lot of the blasters that i want have been out of stock for some time now and that's starting to be vexing. other than that good site/store.

hello there! sorry for the inconvenience and late delay, as you have known that the upgrades and tactical accessories will be shipped from China. And china post tends to be slower. Now it should have been delivered as of 16th.Dec. have a wonderful day! we could offer you an amazing discount code for your next time order. Btw, you placed your order on 22th.Nov, so it's not 6 weeks, it's 3 weeks

we are sorry, we will definitely ship your order as soon as we can, after the black friday promotion, our warehouse is overloaded, there is a certain degree of delay, we promise it won't happen again, and we could refund your express shipping fee immediately! and as our website shipping policy stated, accessories and upgrades will be shipped from China, which is not as faster as au stock gel blasters, hope you understand.

Have purchased from Zhenduo several times. Once I knew where stock was coming from, either China or Oz, I understood how long it would take. Been happy with the quality of the items purchased and generally happy with shipping times. Received a refund without an issue for one item that became "out of stock" due to problem shipping it from China
