Zhenduo BlasterReviews of zhenduotoys.com

I haven’t received my item yet

2 months I waited on a gel blaster gun which I never ended up receiving! To only get a partial refund

Placed an order. Was sent a shipping confirmation and order confirmation for said order. 1 week later I received a notice of a refund instead of the order. Not sure how much you can trust these dunces

Really bad service, they lied and said our item had been dispatched and even gave a tracking number apparently in China post! But the item has still not arrived 4 months after the order was placed, I have emailed numerous times and received sarcastic replies back!!! Still no idea where the item is!

Every time I've ordered from the company it's all come from China instead of Australian warehouse. Item travels around China for minimum 10 days before they decide to ship to destination country, but in saying that it also travels to Australia via USA. Extremely unhappy with the service. Would give zero stars if possible

zhenduo has the audacity to lie about uk stock and never even ship your order despite me having asked for a refund they blatantly ignored my email and every time i try to ask about my packages location they give me a dumb excuse and change the subject DO NOT BUY FROM IF IN THE UK!

Much like the reviewer before me. Long story short, ordered on 6 Jan, still waiting for it to arrive and still being given false assurances that are quite clearly proven untrue. Have been strung on for months now with false delivery dates. Was even given the same fake Yodel tracking number - JD0002247277517636 I ordered the M24 bolt action gel sniper as "UK stock" on 06 Jan. Not UK Stock and seemingly doesn't exist at all, feels more like a scam. Since ordering the seller has been good enough to respond to my e-mails chasing delivery, took me longer than I like to admit that he was lying each time though. Don't bother ordering from here, gelsoft .co .uk are another company I used over Christmas and are genuine, even sent me a replacement part for free a couple of weeks ago despite offering to pay before and after it was sent.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Ordered an item on 9th December and still not arrived. Have asked many times for a refund and all I get is a tracking number which is not a link. Scam company as my son also ordered an item in Oct and he has not received and is getting no where with a refund.
