Ordered a hopup with express postage only to receive normal china post.
Ordered a hopup with express postage, was told several days after purchase that it was no longer in stock and a new one was released, I agreed to that one and waited a few more days, never received a tracking number etc, when I asked for one I was told it was coming from china? I paid for express shipping and you where planning to send it via normal china post which is quite deceitful. Cancelled my order and won’t be shopping with you in the future, you have lost a repeat customer. Thanks for your time.

sorry for this shipping issue, we just checked your order, we have given you a full refund, and now we also expedite the shipping time from China to Australia.
