1 month and still hasn't left China? Seriously sort this out, when I select Australia stock I expect Australia stock but here we are, waiting for a package from China..... Not good enough.

I have 4 orders pending since 12/3/2021 and have not seen one of them yet. I fear I may have wasted my money, therefore I cannot give any higher rating. I shall wait some more but I think it will be in vain.

Stay away from this company, the don’t have a “uk stock” so you have to wait months! Eventually got refunded and ordered from another company that delivered within 1 week !

AVOID! This company has got no customer service skills what so ever! We made an order in February half of the order came and we was told the gel blaster got stopped at customs so they would send another. I was happy for them to do this, they said it would be with us in a week. I waited several weeks and contacted them again. They then said there was a fire at the airport.🙄 So would send another. We’re now in MAY and sick of waiting and hearing excuses so requested a refund. Not once did this company apologise. I wouldn’t recommend at all. If you are stupid enough to order from them, I’d expect a long wait!

only received half my order, not the gel blaster itself. Purchased 14th of march.. it's now the 1st of may.. royal Mail tracking number for gel blaster shows as not received. (Bought this as showed in UK stock hence why I ordered)

Don't pay this company your money !. You will not receive your goods. I paid for my order at start of February 2021. It's nearly end of April 2021 and still no goods .tracking shows numerous locations ,they will not refund even though items appear missing . I am told lie after lie from this company .They are scamming ,thieving dogs that shouldn't even be operating. This isn't my opinion ,it is factual reality.
