Giving 3 stars due to item arriving broken. The plastic piece where the magazine screws in was broken off but looked like it tried to be glued back. Not good enough.

I was told that it would take 3 weeks for the item to get from China to my home in Australia. It actually took 3 weeks to get on a plane to leave China (which, of course, was blamed on Coronavirus, but several other parcels I had ordered from China left China within 5-10 days of shipping). Pretty slow shipping so allow more time than they tell you. Fortunately once it was actually on a plane, the rest of the journey took another 10 days, so it still arrived in time for Christmas.

No better than Wish/AliBaba on their shipping times, ordered 2 bags of gels and a hopup over 2 months ago, took them over a month just to provide tracking.

Didn't receive all of my items and have not been able to get in contact with Zhenduo. Good company and I've brought from them before. It's probably because of the virus since some items were shipped form China but still sucks
