Great class, chairs where uncomfortable for prolonged sitting. Loud music form the other room was distracting. Sam and Mike were very helpful and attentive to any question.

a seminar which opened my eyes - should be part of the curriculum of every educator, teacher, trainer, therapist, physician, parent, grandparent - in short - it covers essential information for everyone who cares about the wellbeing of others !! extremely well presented by Mike Golden - great illustrative examples - would not want to have missed a minute ! good balance of information and practical application and breaks ... we made the most out of the available time. Thanks for a great three days !

This was the most wonderful course I have ever attended. Mike was educated, witty and considerate as a host. The breaks were separated perfectly to keep you engaged. Tony and Shannon were so happy to talk and give their professional advice to help us out also. the on line support for the lead up and post course is clear and easy to use. I only have positive things to say about the Essentials Z health course. I can't wait to attend the next one.

Very helpfully for better understanding and a lot of necessary skills and knows that I nerver forgot them. Because it was very easy to following the theorie and Train and use the knowing directly in exercises.
