The quality is excellent
The quality is excellent, the relationship with customer's assistance is nice, kind. Erica was answering my questions very quickly and giving solutions. Only one thing, I will have to loose some weight)) to fit good those beautiful things.

Ich hatte eine sehr positive Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice von Zeya. Besonders Aimee war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Obwohl ich ein Problem mit einem Ring hatte, wurde mir umgehend eine Lösung angeboten und ich fühlte mich als Kundin wirklich ernst genommen. Die Kommunikation war schnell, professionell und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank an Aimee für den ausgezeichneten Service – so wünscht man sich Kundenbetreuung!
