I ordered the Embers Hoodie and it came in absolutely gorgeous. the quality is amazing, the fur is super soft, and it’s VERY thick. i’m a little sad it’s summer now so I will only be able to wear it on occasion but it will definitely become my go to hoodie in the colder months. The team is also absolute sweethearts, I had asked for a doodle of a cat since I was buying the hoodie as a gift to myself for doing something really hard and they delivered flawlessly. I got the cutest strawberry cat and they even threw in a bat sigil pendent, it made my whole year. I think it’s safe to say I will 100% be buying from them again and i think you guys should aswell!!

i loved every moment of the zeroheroes unboxing experience Ive worn the jewelry for 2 days and it honestly has went way past expectation the finish is a nice smooth shiny matte with a nice shine and the simulation ruby’s shine way more clearer then advertised another good thing is no matter how the angle or tilt of the chest area is the jewelry stays stable and doesn’t swing around all and all the jewelry feels premium and I don’t regret this purchase it was worth every dollar

I like the quality of the items and I got five of them but the only thing I don't like is that only one of my wings of the cross necklace works not both

Shipping was fast! Packaging was sturdy and beautifully designed. The necklace itself is incredibly detailed and I love that I can customize how I wear it. There are 4 different ways to wear this necklace. The material of the necklace and its attachments are amazing quality!!! I will be purchasing more from this company.
