Zero HeroesReviews of zeroheroes.us

I ordered the mace earrings after seeing the knight pendant on a friend of mine. I was extremely impressed with the level of detail and the quality of the design, especially for the price point. I got my order very quickly. This is a great, trustworthy company.

★★★★★ Absolutely stunning craftsmanship and incredible customer service My son’s uncle gifted him the Knight’s Gauntlet Pendant, and it’s honestly one of the coolest pieces I’ve ever seen — the oxidized finish on the gauntlet and hand gives it such incredible detail and character, and being able to swap between the axe, sword, and flail charms makes it even more special. My son adores it. We had a hiccup when he lost the sword charm at summer camp, so I reached out to see if a replacement was possible. Danny took care of us right away — sent a free replacement sword that shipped super fast, and as a lovely surprise, they even tucked in a free pair of silver sword earrings. Beautiful little touch that really didn’t need to happen, but it made the experience even better. Gorgeous, well-made product and customer service that actually goes above and beyond. Thank you, Danny, and thank you to the whole Zero Heroes team — we’ll definitely be back!

I genuinely couldn't ask for a better customer service. I broke my first pendant on accident, I reached out and they sent a replacement as well as a gift. I couldnt believe this customer service. The quality of these pendants are really nice and durable despite what happened. They have unreal amount of detail, as well as their one of a kind which makes them so much cooler.

The piece is magnificent, the design, mechanic, all of it. It did take longer than expected to arrive, but there was an email sent out regarding the situation so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Legitimate business with high quality stainless steel jewelry with all sorts of unique designs!

Absolutely love the Pendant I got love the black and red, been following them for a long time and I finally got the Pendant I wanted great shipping and great customer service, so glad this was the first thing I got from them.

Update: I’ve gotten the replacement, now it’s five stars.
