I recently purchased my second pendant from Zero Heroes, and both my first and second pendants have been of outstanding quality, and the boxes they came in were beautiful. The delivery was great, with a reasonable wait time, and the customer service was fantastic. My history with this brand has been phenomenal; my first purchase back in 2024 (Crossed Faith Pendant & chain) has held up very well, and the interchangeable wings hold up amazingly well and are purely iconic. The same can be said of my second purchase; the Bat Sigil Pendant shares that sharp quality and bold artistic alternative nature. Seeing the company's own signature and key touches, as well as their jewelry boxes, webstore, and thank-you notes changing in quality over time, along with their social media and new masterpiece releases, makes me deeply excited to see them grow; the company's style and creative take on alternative jewelry blow me away. I absolutely love the bold designs and the striking vibe that this company has. I deeply value what this brand has become, and seeing it from the beginning to now hits hard; I respect the hard work it took, and I hope the brand continues to expand🙌. Been loving the jewelry here for 2 years now. Had a mishap where I lost an attachment piece and messaged ZeroHeroes. They were so insanely nice and offered to replace it free of charge. I am so thankful. Literally awesome jewelry and awesome business.

The quality is insane! I'm super picky on which metals adorn my body so I took a gamble on zeroheros and it was fucken worth it, it takes time to arrive but that's to be expected with this quality.

Wanted to leave an honest review. I kept seeing targeted ads pop up for the gauntlet piece, had to have it. Piece is AWESOME. I had a mishap with the gauntlet clip and ended up losing the flail accessory. I reached out to customer service and was given an option to exchange for a replacement gauntlet with weapons. I feel like customer service has gone above and beyond for me and that alone is going to have me coming back. Really great small business that deserves all of the support!

i originally had a bad rating because my necklance’s wings wouldn’t lock into the cross, but after a few hours the customer service got back to me and the problem was solved within seconds. 5/5, recommend buying from here for sure. 👍

The jewelry is sturdy yet gorgeous, the packaging is great quality, and the customer service is responsive and friendly! I wear my Knight's Gauntlet pendant all the time, and thanks to the support team, I was able to get a replacement flail attachment and matching earrings after losing mine at band practice. I will definitely be coming back for more!
