Sizing on website isn't correct with products. I paid for shipping myself and they still argued with me back and forth about the measurements. They just need to fix their measurements and not argue with people :(

Very happy with the shirts! But I was disappointed to find out that the products I ordered went heavily on sale within a couple days of ordering them. I reached out to customer service to see if there is any credit I can get for future orders to be compensated for the difference… Their response: “We usually have no problem going above and beyond for our supporters, however, we are unable to break our policy and honor sale prices for purchases not made during the active sale. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Have a great day!” That’s all fine and good but I am a supporter who purchased product that hasn’t even been sent out yet. I purchased two separate orders within a couple days of each other. I was never notified about an upcoming 65% off sale. I guess my support for their company/product isn’t enough to go “Above and Beyond” for?? Very disappointing. I’ll be thinking twice before another purchase from them. There are plenty of other companies who will really stand behind their products and customers.

Ordered package for Christmas present on November 24th and still haven’t received it. They probably should figure out how to get packages to their paying customers.
