Looks like scam
I made the order, with subscription, which supposed to be send the next order in 23 days, then the automatic order was already placed next day, I have cancelled the second order, but it doesn't show like this in the system, both orders 9 days later after the order placed in the system are not even shipped. This looks like a scam for me.

Your subscription was set up on February 16, with the next order scheduled for 23 days later as standard. The second order that appeared the following day was placed manually through the customer portal using the "place order immediately" option, rather than being automatically generated by our system. As soon as you reached out, we cancelled and refunded that order in full, and your original February 16 order was shipped as normal. We completely understand how this could have looked alarming at first glance, and we genuinely appreciate the chance to set the record straight.
