Being Menopausal, and not liking it, the Gummies Zerean offers are FANTASTIC!! I can move much better, don't have the hot flushes and feel 'human' again! I will use these Gummies as long as possible! My daughter and her Partner use them too!

I tried several of these products - they didn’t work as advertised plus I developed allergies, especially skin problems. Will not order again!!!!

Hi Nadia, We're sorry to hear you had an allergic reaction — that's genuinely not something we ever want a customer to go through. We publish the full ingredient list for every product on our website and on each bottle, so it's always available to check before use. If it would help, we're happy to point you to the exact listing for the products you tried. We hope you're feeling better soon. — Zerean Labs Customer Care

I suffer from severe osteoarthritis mostly in my back, hips and knees. It wasn’t until I had nearly finished my first bottle that I realized I had no more back pain. WOW This was incredible for me. While I still have slight pain in my left knee, I will definitely be staying on the Zerean Flexa mobility gummies. I would recommend them for anyone suffering arthritis pain.

I would give them a -5 ( if possible )for both useless product and a very dishonest guarantee. Before I purchased from them, I sent a letter about their refund policy because it looked shady. It says you have 90 days to try it they only reimburse unopened bottles so in other words, if you buy something from them, they have no intention of refunding you for the trial period. Please check it out before you buy anything from these crooks. Here’s what they told me you only have 30 days (not 90) for return on Flexa. Implying that there’s no out-of-pocket cost if the product doesn’t work in 30 days and skirting around the fact that it’s all on you if it doesn’t work. I bought three bottles because I’ve been having a lot of hip pain. I used them for approximately 28 days and then emailed the company and they told me they will only reimburse for the unopened packages. Even though the product doesn’t work at all it’s like eating candy. It didn’t help with pain or mobility in 28 days. When I purchased, I also subscribed to every 90 days so of course I cancelled my subscription seeing and feeling what garbage they are promoting but they have the nerve to tell you that it could take up to six weeks for it to work based on your gut biom offering 20% off In the meantime of course they’re gonna charge you for every bottle and if it doesn’t work in six weeks, you’re just out the money while they sell you very expensive candy. SO BUYER BEWARE IS IMPORTANT WHEN DEALING WITH THE ZEREAN COMPANY.

Hi Gina, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we're sorry Flexa didn't bring the relief you were hoping for, and we understand how disappointing that is when you're dealing with ongoing hip pain. We would like to clear up the point about our guarantee, as we believe there's been a genuine misunderstanding. Our money-back guarantee is a 30-day window, not 90 days. The 90-day figure refers only to how long our hormonal product, Balance, can take to show its full effect — it has never been our guarantee period, and it does not apply to Flexa. As with most supplement brands, returns are accepted on unopened, sealed bottles, and this was set out in writing when you asked us about our policy before purchasing. That said, we don't want you to feel unheard. Our team has been in touch with you directly and is already arranging the return and refund of your two unopened bottles, and we'll see that through to completion. If there's anything further we can do, please reach us at [email protected] and we'll help however we can. Warm regards, The Zerean Team

Attention!!! Never send goods from this company. This company is engaged in fraud. You will pay money, but you will not receive the goods. Then they will write back that everything was fine, but you have not answered the supplier's calls?!!:) Stupid reservations also when you request your spent funds! And in the end, they do not respond at all and do not return the money! Fraudsters!! Attention!!! Once again they are asking for information! This information is provided to them constantly, however, there are no measures taken to return the money. Hence the conclusion: SCAMMERS! BEWARE!

I've been using zerean synbiotic mushroom gummies for over a month and haven't seen any weighr lost yet what am I doing wrong?
Response from ZereanMay 20, 2026
Hi Joanne, Thank you for reaching out, and we completely understand the frustration of not seeing the result you were hoping for yet. You're not doing anything wrong. Balance is formulated specifically for the hormonal weight that comes with menopause, and it works gradually through the gut-hormone axis to rebalance the estrobolome — the system that influences how your body stores and releases hormonal weight. Because this is a deeper biological reset rather than a quick fix, most customers notice other benefits first, such as improved energy, better sleep, less bloating and steadier moods around weeks 3 to 4, with changes in body composition following as the system continues to rebalance. Our honest advice is to step away from the scale for now and instead pay attention to how your clothes fit, how your midsection feels and your overall energy. Hormonal weight responds more visibly in body shape than in scale weight, and frequent weighing can actually raise cortisol, which works against the very process Balance is supporting. Stay consistent with your daily two gummies and give it the full 60 to 90 days for the gut microbiome to fully transform. If you'd like us to look at anything specific or talk through your routine, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help. Warm regards, The Zerean Team
