I AM FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY. In my personal experience, their so-called “customer warranty service” is an absolute disaster. I have never dealt with anything this infuriating. Sitting on hold for almost TWO HOURS with no human being in sight? Completely unacceptable. And the last time I called, I waited for over an hour, they closed, and nobody bothered to contact me afterward. Not the next day. Not ever. To me, it honestly feels like they have no real support at all. And after what I’ve gone through, I have zero confidence in their products or their ability to help customers. The frustration this company has caused me is unbelievable. At this point, I WOULDN’T BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I am DONE.

False on shipping days! Got the 2 day shipping didn’t get my package four days later. Contacted and they told me I got the 1-3 day shipping then why write 2 day shipping when I could’ve just paid for cheaper shipping and got it on the 4th day to

This company is a fraud. The total for my order was $55.35, however, I noticed that there were 2 fees charged to my account. One was for $34.09 and the other for $63.28. I didn't recognize any of the transactions, and requested that my order be cancelled immediately. They will take your order, give you a total, and then charge whatever they want from your account. WARNING: Don't do it! I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. Luckily, I have copies of the receipt that they sent, which is different than what they took from my bank. In addition, since the company is a fraud and has my Debit card number, I took all my money out of that account, and initiated a new card number with my bank. Nightmare!!!

Ordered an Aviator Pro II wallet with the air tag after seeing an ad and seeing some fairly positive reviews online. After two weeks, I hadn’t received a tracking number and wasn’t able to get anyone to respond via their customer service email. Website says items are shipped within 3-5 days. Never received the item and could never get confirmation the order was even being processed. Wouldn’t recommend the company due to lack of poor service.

Waardeloos!!! Retourzendingen moeten naar China worden verstuurd met slechte kwaliteit kleding

I ordered on January 1st, still haven't received order!!! No communication!. I have sent several emails and NOTHING! They took my money though...

Order placed on January 9th and I have not received any indication or communication that it has shipped.
