I hired Zenith Moving Group, and this was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had (I’ve moved cross country over 6x) I am pregnant, and this company made an already stressful move even worse. Zenith did not answer the phone for the first 3 hours on the day of the move and refused to take accountability. When we finally got a hold of someone and said what happened their response was “well you already paid” and this was apparently from a women who claimed she was in management. They did not properly share the information from our quality assurance call with the movers, which caused major issues. We had to negotiate our own contract, even though that should have already been handled. I was doing zeniths job for them! Multiple people at Zenith told us delivery would take 1–2 days. It ended up taking 7 days. Every time we called, we got different answers. For 3 days in a row, we were told someone would call us back with an update, and no one did. We had to keep chasing them down by phone and email. Zenith also contracted our move out to another company without our approval. That company only wanted cash, which was not part of our agreement. The delivery was a disaster. They did not give us a 24-hour delivery window and showed up with only about 3 hours’ notice. They also showed up understaffed. We had to help unload the truck the entire time because they did not bring enough people. (We paid for a full move which we didn’t even get because we basically did it all) They said they needed to charge us more by saying certain items needed to be crated, but those items did not arrive crated. They also claimed we had more items, but we saw the contract they were given and knew that was not true. One of the movers was caught FaceTiming and not working multiple times, and I have video/building camera footage of it. At the end, they demanded $300 cash in a way that felt extremely unprofessional. When I texted the mover asking for an update or a manager’s number, I was left on read. They also asked what we did for work and then said they wished they had known that going into negotiations, which made it feel like they were trying to take advantage of us. Zenith failed to communicate, failed to manage the company they hired, failed to honor what we were told, and failed to take accountability. I want all of my money back. I would not recommend Zenith Moving Group to anyone. I’m still waiting on a call from Management even after rob from Logistics said they would call once everything was delivered.

I would not trust Zenith Moving Group in Del Ray, Florida, to move a bag of trash from the kitchen to the curb. I contracted wtih them June 9 for a June 26 move (wtih a backup date of June 25). The first people I talked to seemed professional and helpful. The price seemed too good to be true (red flag 1) and I wanted to make more calls before I signed on, but the dispatcher pushed me because "these spots book up," (RF 2) and I was desperate, so... Fast forward to June 25. I'd been told I'd get a call 24 hours in advance with a window, and wasn't hearing from anyone, so I called Zenith. And texted. And emailed. Friday morning, instead of a pickup, I was told the movers couldn't come until Saturday—when I would be on a plane. Before I rearranged my life, I asked for assurances three times that the pickup would absolutely, positively happen on Saturday—and was told it would. At 6pm Friday I got a call from a dispatcher to schedule pickup...for MONDAY. I called Zenith, talked to an empathetic woman who said, "They're scheduling the move—I'll see what's going on," and promised—PROMISED—to call me back. I spent most of Friday night documenting my communication with Zenith (99% one-sided) and sent a an email Saturday morning asking for a written guarantee of a pickup date we could mutually agree on within 24 hours. Instead, I got a third call from a dispatcher about a pickup on Sunday. I cancelled the service, but I'm very likely out $1300. Zenith Moving Group in Del Ray, FL: —Writes complex "Moving Estimates," positions them as a "bill of lading," and gives themselves a million ways to be unaccountable and get away with it. —Pressures callers with great deals that are only available while you're on the phone. —Sends links to their Moving Estimates instead of PDFs, so they can change dates and amounts. I was gaslit for two days about what I originally signed up for...until I was able to find it in my google history. —Gives you different—if any—answers when you call customer service. Every time you call you're given different excuses. —Promises return calls they don't make. —Gives you contact names, emails, and numbers for people who don't answer you except when you're giving them money. If you need something, they ignore you. —Contradicts previous conversations every time you talk to someone on their team. Zenith doesn't want you to read reviews or do any research because you'll find out how horrible your experience will be—so you're already a step ahead. Don't use Zenith. If against all recommendations and evidence you decide to work with Zenith in Del Ray, Florida, here are some hints: —Record every second of every phone call you have with them. —Make them anything they want you to sign sentence by sentence and section by section. Take screenshots—lots of screenshots. —Request a single point of contact for each step of the process. Don't provide a credit card number or worse, info for an ACH payment, until you've called them a few times to see if they'll answer. (I don't know if this works...but it would have given me an indication of their accessibility.) —Demand important details from every conversation IN WRITING before you sign or pay anything. —Don't do it. Just don't. It's a scam. Once I was in $1300 for deposits, $315 for a rescheduled plane ticket, and $80 for an extra day of pet/house sitting and got a 3rd dispatcher call with a 3rd pickup window in less than 24 hours, I figured I'd paid enough Gullible Tax. I called the Athens, GA, College Hunks Hauling Junk, who had moved my folks to a retirement home a few weeks ago. Four hours later, two super-nice guys showed up, packed stuff up, and took a deposit that matched what I was promised down to the penny. The office and the drivers have proactively communicated at every step so far. College Hunks will be here at 8am with my furniture and boxes, and when they're done, I'm almost certain I'll be writing a review singing their praises. But for now, listen, y'all: Zenith Moving Group in Del Ray, FL, doesn't want to help you move. They're not good people. You're not getting a great price. You're signing up for days filled with growing stress, sleepless nights, the shame of falling for a scam you probably should have seen coming, and hundreds or thousands of dollars you'll never get back.

STILL WAITING ON OUR STUFF!!!!! We moved 6/4. We are still waiting for our things!!! Just spoke with customer service on monday(they’re rude!) and told us a few days. Well here it is Friday and no word from the driver, now we have to once again wait until Monday to contact them AGAIN!!!! DONT USE THUS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCUMBAGS!!!!!

Also quoted incorrectly. Actually took less things than quoted only to be told the estimate was wrong to begin with. Fleeced for extra money and overall bad experience. The driver was cool I get it its just business but geesh lots of mis direction and avoid avoid avoid

SCAM!!!!! Quoted a price. Two days before moving, changed the price to more than 5 times the original price. Refused to refund the first installment when we didn’t want their scam services anymore. Absolutely awful.

These guys are crooks and thieves. They have been scamming people for a long time. They are not a moving company, they are so called moving broker that deceive clients to book their business and then when 3rd party movers show up, they flip the price on them and rip them apart. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. Check their USDOT. Report them to local police department!

Stay away from this company. First of all they are a scam because they will bait and switch your pricing. After being quoted a reasonable amount I then got quoted over double the original amount. They called me last minute so when you try to cancel with there 3 day policy you won’t get you refund of your deposit. They also don’t explain ANYTHING. They insisted on making sure all our stuff was picked up but no end in sight about drop off, first of all they are a broker and will hire another company to do the job (this was not explained) then after you ask for any original documentation like the BOL, they magically can’t find anything. Verbally being told different things and then things are switched. If you have to move do not use this company, this company was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any company in the world. Oh and when they picked up my stuff they charged me more because they wanted it packed a certain way, also they don’t disclose extra fees that can added to your move. They also charge by cubic feet not weight so everything is estimated. When I asked if the estimations are wrong will I get the money back and I was told “well you can’t expect that”. This company is a joke and wouldn’t want to work with them if they offered the service for free.

Rhett at Zenith quoted me at $6060. Tom called 4 days before the move to do a completely new quote and more than doubled the price, telling me that my 27 gallon boxes that I was using were 10 cubic ft, and i was quoted on my initial quote for 5 cf boxes. I had to tell Tom that 27 gallon boxes are 5 cf and he was incorrect and trying to double my cf size, so then he dropped the cost down to $8800. I did add an estimated 427 cf from my initial quote, which would have been an additional $1700 at their $4 per cf price, and Alissa told me that the extra $1100 was for the phone call that 4 days before the move as they "don't work for free, and i could Google it, as that is the industry standard." I fired them and found Upack 4 days before the move. It was a bait and switch with Rhett and Tom from Zenith. Then they offered a 20% refund if i signed and NDA saying I wouldn't post online, give a review on them, or say anything to anyone about this.
