If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company should be shut down and shouldn’t be allowed to operate. They lie and cheat people out of money. They give one quote and then charge 2-5 x more than the quoted price. Then they wash their hands of it and say they found you a company to move your stuff and you are on your own. The companies they find also SUCK!!!! DO NOT USE THEM! You will get ripped off by a ton of money and time.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Worst moving experience ever. Our belongings didn’t arrive for OVER a month past expected delivery date. Customer service is extremely unprofessional. Ended up charging us thousands more to move than what they sent in the contract. Many things broken. My husband brought in the majority of our boxes to get the movers out of our home. They tracked in so much dirt and mud (totally unnecessary). Just awful company. Do not use them!!!!!

DO NOT HIRE ZENITH MOVING GROUP OR EXPRESS MOVERS FROM NEW JERSEY. I hired Zenith Moving Group to move my belongings from Maryland to North Carolina, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a moving company. One of the biggest problems is that Zenith is a moving broker, meaning they arrange for another company to actually perform the move. In my case, Zenith hired Express Movers from New Jersey. Unfortunately, the problems that followed were extremely serious. My belongings were picked up by Express Movers on August 2. I expected my belongings to be delivered in a reasonable timeframe, but they were not delivered until August 18—more than two weeks after pickup and well beyond what I reasonably expected. What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication. I was not properly informed that my belongings would not arrive when expected. I was left waiting and trying to get answers while my belongings were somewhere in transit. For weeks, I had to sleep on the floor because I did not have my household belongings. I was also left wondering whether my belongings had been lost, damaged, or even stolen. The stress and anxiety this caused were completely unnecessary. Whenever I contacted the companies for information, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The representatives I dealt with from both Zenith and Express Movers were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide the clear answers and assistance I needed. Then came the delivery. The movers showed up at approximately 9:00 PM on August 18, and I was not properly notified that they were coming. I only knew they were on their way because I happened to call them myself. The driver, Maurice, was extremely rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, and condescending during the delivery. Instead of having a professional and respectful interaction with a customer who had already been through weeks of stress, I was made to feel even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, several of my belongings were broken and/or missing when my shipment arrived. Then, after everything I had already experienced, the driver attempted to add additional charges to a bill that I had already paid. When I refused to pay these additional charges, his demeanor became angry and aggressive. After paying a company to safely transport my belongings across state lines, I expected basic professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect for my property. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This was not simply a minor inconvenience or a delayed delivery. I was without my belongings for weeks, received inadequate communication, had items damaged and/or missing, and then had to deal with an extremely unpleasant and confrontational delivery experience. I would not recommend Zenith Moving Group or Express Movers from New Jersey to anyone. If you are considering using either company, I strongly encourage you to do extensive research and read the reviews carefully before trusting them with your household belongings. My experience was unacceptable from beginning to end. I would not use either company again.

Do not hire this company for your move. I booked a move for my daughter (college move) through this broker and was quoted $2200. I was quoted this price based on one room, with furniture and up to 40 medium boxes. Before pick up , I provided a detailed inventory of everything I was shipping, to the company represenitive, including measurements of each of her items, and only 24 moving boxes. I was assured that my belongings would only take up a certain amount of truck space and that the quoted price was accurate. On moving day, the carrier arrived at 7:00 p.m.. After my belongings were loaded onto the truck, I was told that I had been “underquoted” by this broker and that I owed an additional $1500. I had a huge verbal argument with the movers, and accused them of a bait and switch. They got a "Boss" on the phone, who was going to "do me a favor", and only charge me an additional $500. By that point, I had already paid my non-refundable deposit through this broker and my belongings were on the truck. They waited until the last possible day to pick up, knowing that you have very little choice but to accept the higher price. I contacted the broker to complain and it became apparent that the two companies are in bed together with this scam. They were then 3 days later than was discussed with delivery day. On delivery day the driver, once agin said that they need to charge more, if they couldn't get the truck into appartment complex. After a long argument, they were able to enter the complex. ( A miracle!!!!) My complaints are the same as everyone else who has left a review. This is a criminal organization. do not get scamed like we did.

Thought I was going to have a good move but turned out to be very stressful for this 82 year old woman they quoted me a price which was very reasonable and set a transport company for my vehicle. So they wait til 2days before my projected 2day window finally come up with company that says they quoted me 300 and after giving him the measurements he says I have 356 cu so I had to pay $250 more , they finally get a mover the movers finally arrive and low an behold they say I have 500 so hear I am stuck having to pay $400 more dollars. The car cost me $400 more and that was a day late so no I would not recommend these brokers or the Express movers co out of Jersey the guy was very rude and told me to not keep calling . All I wanted was a projected date and he hung up on me. Long spill I know sorry just venting. Making these people give me extra dollars I put out will never happen🥴

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT use Zenith! They’re a broker not a mover, totally did a bait and switch. Quoted my husband $5000 for a move from New Mexico to Texas. Ended up costing us $12,000! I don’t understand why they haven’t been shut down

In July 2026 I was trying help my 71 yr old sister move from SC to be with her family in Iowa. She had very few items that needed to be moved so I went online to get estimates for a moving company. I was contacted by what I thought was a truck line but it happened to be a broker company Zenith Moving Group out of Del Ray Beach, Fl. The woman that called to give us an estimate was very nice but that all came to an end by the time the actual movers came on July 16. We were quoted $2,078 but then when a rep from the company called to go over the exact items my sister in law had added 9 medium boxes to the total. She was quoted another $600 for 9 medium boxes and she kept trying to tell him she did not have a dining table like they had put on the contract. It was only a very small bistro table but he would not listen. So finally the movers came and loaded the few pieces of furniture she had them said she hadn’t paid for enough room for all of the boxes she had which were in the contract. So you can imagine a 71 year old being told this when she has no choice but to pay them. We called Zenith and she was told mam you need to make a decision, either pay the extra or have them remove your furniture from the truck. So bottom line is she went from paying $2,078 to $3,543.13. This company is nothing but a bait and switch. After going online to try to find the owner I see he has been charged with Medicare fraud in June. I have called Zenith to complain but to no avail. I have told them I will be contacting everyone to report their fraudulent business but they didn’t seem to care. Please do not let your loved one be taken advantage of by these people.
