Jay, the broker from Zenith Moving, gave me a reasonable price for moving from Va to La, but the movers, Express Movers, did not honor the contract. Due to the tight timeline, we could not take any late pickups. I don't blame Zenith but, for the 800+ broker fee, i expected better service. I had to cancel the contract, in writing, and go with a traditional moving van. Just a big waste of time and empty promises.
