ZenefitsReviews of zenefits.com

We have been using Zenefits now for 18 months and love it. It’s a simple to use interface that is easy for me as the administrator and also easy for the employees to log in and request time off and view their pay. We have just been using it for time off and payroll the last 18 months but we are getting ready to add some additional features as well.

Zenefits is a great value and a straightforward process. They made payroll easy.

The Zenefits platform has to be one of the best software experiences for HR/Payroll that we've ever used. We've seen tours of new systems that just don't compare. Customer service can suck. It can be painfully slow to answer important tax questions, get answers to simple questions or even get onboarded.

The Zenefits team is always ready to help answer any of my questions and tackle any issues that come up. I always feel supported. The help articles are also a great resource for me and my team!

I have had great experiences with Zenefits... they have helped me when I have questions, especially in regards to payroll.

Zenefits has been a helpful resource when we’ve needed it most. It’s a valuable payroll and HR provider. The extensive library of resources available on a wide range of topics helps in finding a clear answer on whatever issue you may have. If you have a complex issue and need a more comprehensive explanation help is only an email away. Online meetings have been simple, and the information I need conveyed in a clear manner. We chose Zenefits because they offer a plethora of resources on the complex area of HR and Payroll. We need the extra help and Zenefits offers it. Renewing our plan on an annual basis is simple and fuss free. This service is a great value for all of the benefits it provides. The communication is clear and simple to follow. Zenefits is a place where everyday business owners can find the help and resources needed and have 1 less thing to worry about.

Zenefits has worked perfectly for our company needs and the customer service is fantastic!

The system is easy to use and offers an app for your phone. My employees are able to track their time correctly, do their time off, and see paycheck and benefits information directly on their phone. The application is great for onboarding and is user friendly so my employees have no problem updating their tax, address, and other vital information! I highly recommend Zenefits!
