Unfortunately, my experience with Zendesk has been incredibly disappointing. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. It's ironic that a company that boasts about offering high-quality support ticketing services cannot even provide decent support for their own customers. My interactions with their customer service team have been frustrating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely unsatisfied with the service provided. Overall, I would not recommend Zendesk to anyone looking for reliable and efficient customer service. There are far better options available on the market.

For a customer service app they have the worse customer service Ive ever experienced. 1: Trying to set the thing up was abysmally difficult. 2: Their tech support team are totally useless. Apart from the fact they cant help you besides regurgitating the original tutorials I followed. they on at least 3 occasions told me to wait while they looked at my account. 45 mins later I reply asking if everything is ok. Nothing....they've gone. I get redirected to another person to start the issue again. 3: The trial advocacy team manager stopped all further support when i got angry at the way id been treated. so after 3 days of trying to setuo email and chat I've lost the will to continue. Zendesk you lost a future customer here today because of the actions of a few of your managers and staff. 4: The final issue is this. Don't let the subscription tiers fool you. there is only one tier that is useable. that's the most expensive one. the rest are pointless. chat without business hours is rubbish. just as one example. 5: you would think an application based on customer service would in itself have great customer service. its the most important thing surely. what a joke.

Great if you want to destroy your business. Their CEO must be asleep because their IT team and 'advocates' send you in circles, none of them can recover the account or access it, their password resets dont work, so you're logged off and lose customers who say links dont work. Do NOT use them unless you want to destroy your business as they tried to with mine.

Similar to other reviews here. ZenDesk renewed our annual contract despite us not using the platform for months before. They then took 3 months to tell me that I cant have a refund even though I havent used the platform for over a year. Dreadful company and service

Zendesk has been a beneficial application for us over the last 10 years and changed the helpdesk solution when it first came about. However, since then, it's continued to get significantly more expensive for features that don't warrant a hike in price. And I would mirror the frustrations below by Johnny. Additionally as many of these SaaS platforms grow and get acquired by larger enterprises, the customer service becomes less personal and you just get pushed by the sales teams to spend more money. We wanted to switch to a monthly plan from an annual plan as we had reduced our number of customer service staff, which we have done successfully with other SaaS applications previously. Initially, there was no budging on this and all we got was a link to their legal agreement, no explanation or conversation. It felt very cold. To be fair to them after about a week we did get a partial resolution (but stuck on an annual subscription after auto-renewing) but I fear in many cases small businesses will be hung out to dry. The thing about auto-renew is any notification can get stuck in spam or as others will likely understand can get swamped by other emails in your inbox. I'd be very careful committing to an annual plan as they don't make it clear that you're unable to remove members mid-way through your subscription. Although we're sticking with Zendesk for the moment (as we're still stuck on their annual plan) we'll look at other options before we "auto-renew". I think larger platforms need to be really careful about their policies moving forward as switching to more customer-friendly and flexible solutions will happen very fast for business, especially in the current economic climate.

Zendesk have recently auto-renewed our contract with them and charged us ~$12,000 for 12 months without our consent. We have no customer service operation anymore and are unable to use the software. This charge may bankrupt our business. Having asked them to cancel and refund our subscription they have refused. This is a ploy to force small businesses into expensive subscription packages through "fine print" clauses. Of course, they provided no communication to us on the auto-renew clause in their contract, or the steps required to cancel. The fact Zendesk are using these techniques to line their own pockets and hurt small businesses in this economic climate is testament to the type of company they are. I would avoid them like the plague. There are many companies out there who provide better solutions and are customer-centric (like Gorgias). I am taking legal action against Zendesk in order to get our money back.

Questa è l'ennesima volta che incontro questa fantomatica assistenza clienti che molte società usano per i propri clienti, non hanno una linea telefonica , forniscono assistenza solo con chat che non aprono subito ma dopo giorni. Le società che usano ZENDESK dovrebbero dirlo nella prima pagina, i consumatori eviterebbero di acquistare qualsiasi prodotti essi forniscono, vini, medicinali, formaggi elettrodomestici ecc.ecc. Le società dovrebbero leggere le recensioni su Zendesk prima di dare l'appalto alla gestione dei propri clienti, sono questi che permettono l'esistenza delle aziende e non Zendesk che li allontana.

This is about the purchase I made what I thought was a parcel of Electronics from Amazon whom I thought was going to be issued by a so called company initially called Givenstar. Time elapsed from December 2022 until January 2023 I contacted enquiring where's my purchase and I get a reply from the company called Settableus the person called Ginger saying its been sent and get in touch with my Bank. Delivery company mentioned is Zendesk and what a blantant cheek and total RIP OFF SCAM. They can't even do the hiding technique with talent but i still feel angry and a fool.Avoid these Puppets!
