Overall I would give this company 5 stars! They are extremely good value for money and the quality of my boxes and foam inserts was second to none. If you put the effort into the design stage with them, you’ll be guaranteed to get what you want. The delivery was a little slower than expected, but to be honest it’s well worth the wait! Thanks for your help Zack! I’ll definitely be using you guys again…

I have had a very efficient service every time I have ordered photo sleeves this year. Henry is super efficient and responds quickly to email with updates on delivery etc. Very happy with the service on all four occasions and will continue to use Zee Customs services.

So far so good. Jenny on chat was exceptional, very quick to help and ask the right questions. Very friendly and got the quote details set up within minutes and provide shipping/delivery information. I still have to receive the quote though, plus the product if I do go ahead and order. But as a starting interaction, this was very good.

one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I wish I believed the other bad reviews and didn't proceed with this company. absolutely awful customer service, no professionalism and also the design was done wrong and somehow the guy couldn't even see what was wrong when comparing it to the proofs. but the worst part was the professionalism. you don't get an order confirmation, you don't get order updates unless you chase them. so, so unprofessional

I had a great experience ordering custom boxes from this company. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I’ve ordered from them more than once already. Each time, the process has been smooth, professional, and reliable. Jasper was especially helpful — he provided outstanding customer service and made sure everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality custom boxes and more... and excellent service.

I worked with John on getting some custom chocolate boxes for my wedding. This was my first time ordering anything like this so I leaned on his expertise a lot. He ensured I had the correct size and delivery was on time. Any edits that I made were done promptly as well. I had a great experience. The only small critique I have, is that I wish the communications was a little better.
