one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I wish I believed the other bad reviews and didn't proceed with this company. absolutely awful customer service, no professionalism and also the design was done wrong and somehow the guy couldn't even see what was wrong when comparing it to the proofs. but the worst part was the professionalism. you don't get an order confirmation, you don't get order updates unless you chase them. so, so unprofessional

I ordered custom-printed tissue paper from ZEE Custom Boxes, who present themselves as a UK manufacturer with a Warrington address and a UK production facility. My experience did not match those claims at all. First, the product was wrong. I ordered tissue paper — their own quote described it as “Tissue Papers, Paper stock,” and the 3D proof I approved was titled “Tissue Paper.” What arrived was printed wax paper, a completely different material. When I raised it, I was told over several days that “tissue paper” and “wax paper” are interchangeable terms (they are not), and no refund or reprint was offered. Second, and more concerning: the parcel arrived from Lahore, Pakistan, and the paperwork declared my commercial order (which I paid around £320 for) as a “gift” worth 24 US dollars. So despite being advertised as UK-made, the goods were shipped from overseas. I was never able to resolve this directly. I’d urge anyone considering them to be cautious and to check where goods are actually manufactured before ordering. I’ve kept all my documentation — the quote, the approved proof, the courier and customs paperwork, and the full message history.

READE MY WHOLE REVIEW!!!! If I could give 0 out of 5, I would. Honestly, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I lost £450 and 3 months of my time dealing with this company, and the issue was still not resolved. I ordered custom-sized boxes, but they produced boxes that were 5 mm bigger than requested. When I asked them to correct the mistake and send a new sample, they sent me two samples that were exactly the same size as the incorrect order. Instead of taking responsibility, they expected ME to pay again to fix their own mistake. After months of back and forth, when I asked for a refund, THEY DISAPPEARED and stopped properly dealing with the problem, ignored my messages. The most frustrating part is that SOMEHOW MY EMAIL S HAVE DISAPPEARED, which creates more questions and it means I now cannot properly prove everything that happened. That makes the whole experience even worse. This has been an expensive, stressful and completely unacceptable experience. I wasted money, time and energy, and I was left with unusable boxes and no proper solution. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

USA address on website but product is from Dubai. Misleading company. I sent them an exact proof with the exact colors needed and they sent me boxes that are completely a different color than the approved proof. I have had them printed multiple times before with other companies without this issue. I do not recommend this company for any printing materials, low quality ink and a waste of time and money.

Terrible - made an order in May, order never arrived even after many assurances the product is en route. I’ve had excuse after excuse one being that the employee who put the order through had left the company only to be referred back to them another time! clearly a lie and clearly a scam company - DO NOT USE
