After years of wearing z-Coil sandals, I finally decided to try the hiking boots. They were also my first pair of z-coils with covered heels. I was able to comfortably wear them for a four mile hike and I look forward to having footwear appropriate for rough terrain and more challenging weather conditions. I bought them during a sale and they were a previously returned item, though they look brand new. That made the price a little easier for me. I’m really glad to have them.

I have been a loyal customer of Z-coil since 2017, purchasing trainers, shoes, and boots. Though I've generally been satisfied, my last order in 2024 had an adjustment to the coil, which caused an ankle inflammation. Recently, I bought two pairs on sale, requesting specialized advice before shipment, and Lisa assured me this would happen. However, I received an email saying my shoes had been dispatched without the specialist help or the specific product I wanted. The total cost for the two pairs is around £500. I placed my order in good faith, trusting the quality of previous shoes. Edna has not addressed my concerns and refuses to escalate my complaint, which is frustrating, especially since there is no clear complaint procedure on their website. There seems to be a lack of care regarding my ankle issues and my request for specialized discussion. This experience has been extremely disappointing in terms of customer service.

Don was very helpful! My first pair of ZCoils (2014) literally saved me from foot surgery and the first time I wore them I was able to go on a 7.5 mile hike. The styles have changed a LOT in 11 years. This was a new experience for me (buying them online versus an authorized dealer). Seamless process! I LOVE my Taos Clog - Black! These are limited edition but I really hope they become permanent. None of the other shoes have the expandable stretch on the top for an easy slip on. I really love these!

Zcoil has a try before you buy option and say they'll add a small charge on the card - IT'S THE ENTIRE CHARGE! For 224.00! I called to complain now the the only one who answers the phone and emails canceled the order and now the money is gone and now Lindley at Zcoil says she refunded me! But the sale will be done by the time I want to order again!!! I sent many emails explaining this situation. But no response or apology.
