ZBD wallet is a SCAM. I sats that I have accumulated there from a mining app (bitcoin miner) never was paid to me. All the steps was followed but I never got paid. SCAM. Please avoid

Before 12/24 I could get up to a $1 a day in bitcoin from the app for surveys and or games easy, now it sucks real bad!

The only reason why I give itone is because they don't have anything lower. At first it was all good accumulated about six or seven dollars in crypto playing games even from another app I made a few deposits of crypto into the zbd app then I get a message saying I have two emails and two accounts and they shut me down I can't even open the app and pull out my crypto my deposit for my rewards to me that's stealing don't even download it it's nothing but a headache

Absolute scam... download if you feel like wasting your time and not making any money...you have been warned

I only use ZBD as a wallet to transfer from certain apps over to Coinbase. Works absolutely fine with a small fee in line with other companies. I wouldn't feel comfortable keeping my Satoshi in their long term (due too so many other negative reviews), but as a short term middleman it does what I need.

My time with the ZBD app has been nothing short of a complete disaster, leaving me with zero trust and immense frustration. From start to finish, this app has shown a shocking lack of professionalism and transparency. The biggest red flag is their non-existent privacy policy page; it simply does not load. They were not paying out my sats so they asked me to provide my ID so i tried to see how my information will be protected and the page was not loading. How can a company demand highly sensitive personal documents like national IDs, or driver's licenses for "verification" when they can't even show how they plan to protect your data? This isn't just a small issue; it's a fundamental failure that makes me seriously question their honesty and intentions with user information. Adding to this nightmare is their customer service, which is frankly, useless. Every single time I tried to get help, I was met with extremely late (replies after 2 weeks),often dismissive, vague, and completely unhelpful replies. I asked repeatedly for my issue to be sent to a manager, hoping someone with actual authority could help, but my requests were completely ignored. It felt like talking to a brick wall. This level of neglect shows they simply do not care about their users or fixing problems, making the whole experience incredibly frustrating and making you feel totally alone and unheard. But the most outrageous part of my experience, and the real reason I'm writing this review, is ZBD's outright fraudulent claim that I am in an "unsupported state" like New York City. This is an absolute lie, and I believe it's a blatant scam designed purely to avoid paying out the money I earned. Their own app clearly stated "US residents only," with no mention of specific states being excluded. This sudden, made-up restriction feels like a desperate and dishonest trick to deny legitimate payouts. They are essentially trying to cheat users out of their earnings under false pretenses. Based on all these serious problems – a non-functional privacy policy, utterly useless customer service, and what I see as a clear attempt to steal earned funds through false claims – I would warn everyone to stay far away from the ZBD app. They have shown a complete disregard for user privacy, a shocking level of incompetence in support, and what appears to be outright dishonest practices when it comes to payouts. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the risk of having your data or earnings compromised. This app is a major disappointment and a betrayal of trust.
